Retro Ranch mit eigenem Hallenbad und Sauna

West County Haus auf einer Ranch auf 1. 4 Acres. Ein privater Innenpool, eine Sauna, eine Dampfdusche und ein Bad befinden sich neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer. Eine private Umkleidekabine, ein Speisebereich am Pool und ein Kamin machen diesen Bereich zu einem unterhaltsamen Treffpunkt.

Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3. 5 Bäder und drei offene Kamine. Pack- und Theaterstücke, Hochstühle und Babyschwimmbecken stehen auf Anfrage für Kleinkinder zur Verfügung. Gratis Wi-Fi zur Verfügung gestellt. Kabelfernsehen ist in vier Zimmern vorhanden.

Das Haus befindet sich in West County in Gehweite zu vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und einem Park mit einem Spielplatz, Wanderwege und saisonale Sprayground.

Retro Ranch was Vibin’
We chose the VRBO based on size and location. For those reasons, it was an excellent choice. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of hot water for us all. Pool was a nice bonus, with sauna, and laundry. All was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We were about 5 minutes fromMy parents’ house, and had access to everything Ballwin has to offer.

Above our expectations
We were pleasantly surprised by the size and roominess of the house. We had 10 people there and we had plenty of space. We did not have to go to the store for anything other than food. Everything was there!! Contact with the host was very quick. The only thing we would change would be warmer water for adults in the pool. The kids got in but it was a little cool for the old people lol. Thank you again. Beautiful home.

Perfect and so fun!!
The house was perfect for our family and all the games and toys entertained the children as well as the adults! They even had a retro Christmas tree set up for us! Pool was awesome and there were too many pool toys to count! Great communication by the owners and readily available for any questions. Wonderful stay to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday
We stayed at this location a few weeks back to surprise my dad for his birthday and it was everything...one of the best long weekends of my adult life. Upon arrival, it looked like a Christmas wonderland - and sounded like one too with Christmas music playing! The host is extremely thoughtful and clearly cares about giving each guest an experience...not just a stay. The host had even left happy birthday balloons and items for the kids. The kids just had a ball - the host was willing to accommodate the few extra cousins as well. I had brought a few cots for the cousins to have their own space in the large basement. There were so many fun board games, card games, and other games to play as well - several new ones that I believe will now be family favorites. The pool was so fun for the kiddos (ages 9-15) with so many pool toys. If I had to give a few suggestions - I do wish the pool was able to be warmer as some of the adults felt that it was too cold for their taste, but the host does disclose the temperature it's kept at which I'm sure was accurate. Also, not all of the stover burners were working, but that didn't stop us from cooking meals - just something to keep in mind. Just overall this was a really, really wonderful stay. I love the vibe of the house and the host really goes above and beyond to make it a fun stay. We'll definitely be back and really appreciate the host sharing such a wonderful home! I can't say enough good things about the place.

This was our 3rd year at this fun retro house with pool. Tons of pool toys and the sauna was amazing! So many toys as gifts for our 6 yr old granddaughter and many toys in general for children! Looking forward to next year!

This was our 4th year at the house. The cousins refer to it as the cousin house and look forward each year to our visit. The owners take soooo many extra steps into making the kids welcome with activities and. Fun games to play.

Awesome family time
We had a great time (again!) at this amazing property. The pool is a dream—and the rest of the house laid out so well for being together but with so many options, including kids having room (& awesome toys) to play, while parents can supervise, but hang out with each other nearby. The outdoor space is relaxing and beautiful, and very private—yet the house is close to nearby stores/restaurants. We also appreciate the check-out requirements: very minimal and reasonable, which helps maintain the relaxing experience.
