Weltausstellungszauber - Zwei Geschichten 3 Zim

Dies ist ein wunderschönes zweistöckiges Backsteinhaus aus den 1920er Jahren mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 1,5 Bädern und einer freistehenden Garage. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im historischen North St. Louis, etwa zehn Minuten vom Forest Park, dem Central West End und dem Loop Area entfernt. Der eingezäunte Hinterhof eignet sich hervorragend zum Grillen oder einfach nur zum Sitzen auf dem überdachten Achterdeck. Die Betten sind zwei König und eine Königin, mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafsofa. Der eingezäunte Hof und die Garage bieten zusätzliche Sicherheit. Diese Eigenschaft ist nicht behindertengerecht.

Superb stay
Our stay was amazing! The home is clean and inviting! The hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything for their guests. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts were friendly and receptive to communication during our stay. We felt the property was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Louis. There is so much to do, so that's a good possibility.

Great Historic House
We really enjoyed our stay- it was the perfect place for a family get together. The house was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the shower accommodations were fantastic. We will stay here again if we ever find our selves in Saint Louis!

Perfect for Our Stay
When you walk in, you'll notice it smells fresh and clean. After you turn the alarm off, you'll notice how beautiful the interior and living arrangements are. As you search for a plate to have a snack, you'll notice that the house has everything you need, more than you expect, with all the amenities of home. This place was Fabulous! This is St. Louis, so the neighborhood needs help. The owners of this rental are doing just that. I applaud the owners for investing in my hometown.

Was in town to visit with family for the holiday. I am so thankful that my oldest son suggested a VRBO instead of a hotel or staying with relatives. The property was extremely nice and well taken care of and had all of the conveniences that we could have hoped for!

A wonderful home in an older neighborhood
What a wonderful stay we had at The Lands! We stayed just over a week and found the house suited our family of four perfectly! The home has so much character and is one of the best appointed homes we have ever stayed in. It felt cozy and like home. It also provided the ideal base for exploring St. Louis! The cathedral basilica, zoo, museums, and so many other points of interest are nearby and the main roads are easily accessible. We would love to stay here again!

Great House
The property is beautiful. The owners left sodas and snacks for us and plenty of coffee! Great house. However, just be prepared that the surrounding neighborhood is rough. We put our car in the garage and had no issues. It was quiet as well. But when you first drive toward the house, it is a scary neighborhood in the surrounding blocks. The block this property was on is much better, but still had a couple of abandoned homes. Overall, we loved the house and had a wonderful time.

Dangerous area
We unfortunately can not review the inside of the house because we didn’t make it that far. We were greeted into the area with a man on his porch standing with a gun in his hand. Severl neighboring houses were boarded up and vacant. Some areas were rather rundown and by the time we arrived to the place we felt very unsafe with small children. Our husbands refused to let anyone get out of the car and we had to leave the area and find another place to stay. No one seemed concerned about the greeting of the weapon in a neighbors hand or that we felt unsafe. I’m sure the inside is great but sadly can’t speak on that behalf.

The Lands is a beautiful home away from home with lots of character and yet also has all the latest technology, making our stay very comfortable. Extremely clean with many extra thoughtful touches. We felt the hosts have a high level of excellence that is refreshing. Welcome use of all the snacks, coffee, and basic foods stocked for us. Communication with Miles was easy and clear. Thanks for the hospitality! St. Louis was great….we spent 3 days going to the City Museum, Forest Park, and the Zoo…all wonderful!

Wonderfully charming
This place was very welcoming from the second you walk through the door. It was spotless! It was full of comforting charm and really made you feel like you were at home away from home which is a great way to feel while on a trip. Miles was very responsive and helpful in the booking process and attentive to any questions I had. Would definitely choose this property again if available on our next trip to St Louis! Before you arrive to the property it can be a bit intimidating as the neighbor is a bit rougher, but we took it as an eye opening experience/teaching experience/talking point for our kids, and I will say that never once did we feel threatened or unsafe during our stay. Again a very comfortable place to stay and the alarm system also helped feel even more comfortable. Thank you so much for offering this wonderful place to stay for those visiting the St Louis area!!

Comfy home with everything I needed
Denise was easy to communicate with, we were able to get an early Check-in, the home was exactly what I expected. I wanted a St. Louis feel, but a little updates. It was comfortable and roomy in the bedrooms, the living room and dining room were perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed. We had a great stay there with the family.

Wonderful Stay
The home was cozy and cute, and Miles and Denise truly thought of everything. From snacks to spare chargers and toiletries, the home was equipped with more than I would have expected. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home. The neighborhood surrounding the home can be a bit rough, but the community is making great efforts to improve the properties, and you truly can’t go wrong staying so close to so many STL landmarks. I would definitely book another stay here.

Great House. Great amenities. Great host!
Miles and Denise leave no stone unturned when it comes to hospitality. If you can think of it, they have it. My wife, mother, sister and brother in law all stayed at this property. There was PLENTY of room for all of us! Only cons I can try to find is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly low, and the neighborhood was on the rougher side. That said, the house was secure with an alarm system, and the garage added extra security for our large SUV. In addition, my sister parked on the street in front of the house with no issues. We found it easier to unload/load the vehicles from the front curb as well. In short, we loved the property and will stay here again when we return to STL. Thank you Miles and Denise!
