Come and stay at this beautiful Fully equipped Family sized Home right on the Northumberland Strait !
This whole single dwelling is just for you and your family including family dog .

Enjoy amazing views of the Confederation Bridge in the distance in any season. Sunsets in Sunbury Cove offers something for everyone whether you want to gather with your whole family or are looking for a private romantic get away .

3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, all on one level , no stairs to climb . deck and flat acre lawn lead to private ocean beach access with stairs to beach. Can sleep 8 people comfortably. Also note that our direct Neighbors rent a beautiful private suite above their garage that sleeps two if you need overflow accommodations. I will send the link upon request .

The location of this Home offers vacationers a wide variety of options to explore all that Prince Edward Island has to offer.
A 15 minute drive to Summerside, the Harbour city that offers everything from shopping to theatre to history museums .
There are many small towns such as Miscouche, Bedeque and Wellington to explore. As well as Cavendish and Victoria by the sea.
.The property itself offers miles of beach for shelling , drift wood finding, swimming, digging, walking , kayaking .
2 Kayaks , 2 paddle boards, 7 beach chairs , bbq, fire pit and more are for your use. Many outdoor games for you to enjoy
.Lots of deck space with furniture, large outdoor eating table and Adirondack chairs with a fire pit to enjoy.
.Once inside the bright space you will see ocean views from every window !
.The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to make meals. There is an island with stools and the beautiful wood table seats 10.
.A fun Antique Coffee bar is set up to easily access your morning coffee or turn it into a cocktail bar in the evening .
.The designated workspace over looks the ocean and can be also used for kids games or cards as it has four stools.
. The huge one level living area is great for family gathering or movie watching on the 55” smart tv or dvd with many movies.
.A cozy wood stove warms up winter nights if desired although the home is completely warm in the winter and air conditioned in summer .
. The huge master bedroom is Gorgeous with its ocean views in the morning and a view of the stars at night ! It has a king bed with beautiful bedding and a smart tv. His and Hers closets and an ensuite with his and hers vanities with a stand up walk in shower. Mounds of towels and bedding for your use.
.The second bedroom has a queen bed, locally made night stands with lamps and storage. There are plenty of pillows and extra bedding in the spacious closet and storage bench. A second entry door leads to the main bathroom that has a large bathtub and shower combination.
. The third bedroom could be for the kids with
new bunk beds ( double on bottom, twin on top) clip on lamps and UGG book and phone storage holders as well as fun matching bedding . Another twin bed offers lots of sleeping quarters. As well, an air mattress can be pulled out to accommodate more sleepers .
The kids room has local area related books, games and two movable bean bag chairs.
. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with an ironing board and iron for your use if necessary.

This property is pet friendly with an additional fee. Just inform us when you request to book .

Perfect PEI Vacation Spot
I have stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals and none compare to this one! The home interior is awesome. Cozy welcoming feeling the moment you walk through the door. The views are stunning! Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful while we were there. Since our visit was in February we really appreciated being able to enjoy a warm fire in the woodstove in the evenings. The furniture is very comfy and beds & bedding are very highend. Slept wonderfully! The kitchen is extremely well equipped. All the cabinets have small stickers on the doors to help you find things. Loved the extras you don't normally find in a rental, like the air fryer, nespresso, milk frother as well as Kuerig etc. Coffee bar was wonderfully stocked with pods for both machines, hot chocolate, flavor syrups, mini marhmellows etc etc. The home is pet friendly and I loved they even provided dishes for our dog. There are so many little extras like this provided I could go on and on! We visited mid-February so couldn't use a lot of the activity equipment but there are kayaks and paddle boards and the list goes on and on. Beautiful firepit outside too. Thalia the owner was extremely responsive and just wonderful to deal with. We spend most of the summer in PEI but this was our first winter visit but won't be our last! If you are looking for a wonderful relaxing vacation book here! We can not wait to return!

Beautiful relaxing exceptional location by the ocean.
The location was not far from Summerside so the drive into town was easy. The location was spectacular and the house was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. Thalia the host was fantastic with clear communication about house and area. We felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommend this place especially and only wish we had more time to enjoy the stay. Top notch rental!

Fantastic house and host
We had a wonderful stay as a family at this property. All of us agreed it was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Check in and communication were very easy and Thalia shared information and recommendations in advance, which was helpful. The house is very well stocked and organized, from spices if you want to cook to extra blankets and glasses. The beds are comfortable and there are thoughtful nightlights by each bed. The view from the house is amazing and there is plenty of space to sit and relax or let your kids run off their extra energy. We’d be happy to return again.

Amazing Vacation Home
Our stay was nothing less than perfect! This deserves 5+ stars, and I highly recommend. Thalia’s home on Sunbury Cove was spectacular. It had everything we needed, some things we didn’t know we needed, and some very thoughtful additions that we truly enjoyed. It was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and warm duvet. And the views!! What better way to start the day with a coffee overlooking the water?! What better way to end the day with a beverage overlooking the water?! The water views and beach walks were amazing with lots of shells and the odd gem of sea glass if you look hard enough. The dogs loved running on the lawn, or just falling asleep on the plush carpet. The location was ideal for us: quiet with a handful of really great neighbours, but close enough to towns and Charlottetown for easy day-trips. Thalia, thanks to our stay in your home, this was the first vacation in a long time where I’ve felt relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s very evident that you take pride in your home and go the extra mile to ensure your guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. I wish the world were filled with hosts like you. Thank you for a wonderful September-summer vacation, and looking forward to our next stay!

Un vrai coin de paradis!
We had such a nice stay to this distinctive place. Location on the private beach was perfect. Thank you so much for all the Nice little attentions cartefully prepared for us. It is fantastic to enjoy your place. Everything was soooo comfortable: the beds, the living room couch and all exterior zones! This home is very well thought and organized. It was inestimable to experience the sea, see the view and elevate our souls to relax at St-Nic’s Sunsets Cove’s ‘Nest’. Life can’t get much better! Thank you for sharing this place with our family who long needed a bondions get away. Our vacations are surpassing our expectations. What to say about their extremly nice neibhours: Welcoming, friendly, social but discret, caring and attentionate. Our dog was in heaven with the long beach run and enjoyed meeting it’s new friends. Be sure to have reinforced the recall before you let it loose on the beach! We would of stayed much longer in this peaceful place and hope to be back sometime in the future. Perfect for a family getaway!!
An absolutely gorgeous property with a million dollar view. The family loved all the amenities that were provided at this home. The outdoor games were great to keep everyone occupied. The walks along the beach were fantastic with a nice sandy beach only a five minute walk away. Thalia provided a great brochure to help find local things to do and see in the area. Couldn’t have been more impressed with how organized and clean the house was!! We hope to be back soon for a longer stay at this gem.

Lovely Stay…
We had come to PEI in November of last year and stayed in Charlottetown. For this trip we wanted to be out of town and on the beach. Thalia and Myles house hit the mark completely. We were a party of five ranging from 12-65 and there was something for everyone. There is not a single detail that was overlooked. The lovey welcome basket had some of our favorite items and it was such a relief after getting in late not to have to worry about where our coffee was coming from the next morning. This really is a home away from home- just bring your toothbrush…. And oops if you forget that never fear Thalia has a few spare. Beds are comfortable, sheets are soft cotton, abundance of pillows and extra throw blankets are everywhere. The coffee bar is awesome. We added some PEI honey to the mix- nothing like a latte with honey and cinnamon overlooking the water to start your day. If you are unfortunate enough to have to work while on your holiday the wifi is excellent. Our kids enjoyed the games and by far the favorite was axe throwing. Everything was picture perfect. We have done a lot of traveling using vrbo, Airbnb, private sites, etc and hands down this property goes above and beyond. You set the bar very high Thalia. You are the model host that people should aspire to be. We can’t wait to come back to see more sunsets on Sunbury Cove. Thank you for starting our summer break off right!

Perfect piece of heaven
If I could give this more stars I would! For a bunch of overworked nurses, this was the perfect place to relax unwind and feel recharged. The pictures will never do a place like this justice but it is as accurate as it can possibly be without experiencing it in person. If we had somehow lost our luggage and arrived to this oasis we would be lacking for nothing. The most thoughtful host I’ve ever come across. We are rejuvenated and missing it already. Gorgeous Waterfront Home
Thalia was incredible to deal with. She was accommodating and incredibly thoughtful. The house was immaculate, the views spectacular and every single detail had been thought of. We had a remarkable time staying here and truly felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a waterfront experience.
