Perfect for me
This was perfect for me. The only issue I had was my own fault. I got to the property late at night and missed the correct gate. The owner provided detailed instructions, but somehow I missed the correct gate. Loved the A/C remote, super nice clean shower and I always had a parking place. I will stay here again!

It did it’s job…
The place was decent enough, although not much direction on where to go so when we arrived we find a shirtless man watering the front area of the house, he points us to the side of the house and I had to contact the property manager for help to enter the building- to find out we were at the wrong door. No big deal… We ended up buying an air mattress which we had to leave because the bed was so ungodly hard and uncomfortable that my plus 1 was in pain. Pillows are flat as pancakes (we bought a pillow as well that we had to leave) and I ate Tylenol like Candy. The people who reside in the house were extremely loud and I almost felt uncomfortable a few times. Water pressure is low so my thick hair took a while to rinse out after a beach day. So be mindful of you have thick hair to shampoo… This is located in a decent area where you can Uber to places like Walmart, target, food options in no time. Also a decent neighborhood where we felt safe. One review indicated it’s located in a quiet area: next to the overpass is not my idea of quiet. At the end of the day it did the job at a better rate than a hotel and was much cleaner than the hotel we stayed in, in March.

My husband and I stayed here Easter weekend. Was very close to pretty much anything you want to do! 20 minutes from airport, 15 with no traffic!, 25 minutes from Clearwater, 15 minutes from St. Pete!!! Owner, Joel, was awesome to work with. We will definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple!
