Perfection in Renommierte Belleair! Executive 3 Schlafzimmer Haus in schöner Belleair liegt nur wenige Minuten von den weißen Sandstränden von Clearwater Beach und Madeira Beach. Family vacation
We had a nice stay at this home and would recommend to others. Very nice location and close to the stores and beaches. Beach chairs and umbrella available to use. Please get plush mattresses. Current mattresses are too firm and we had body aches from discomfort. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! See you next time:) Florida is paradise on earth.

We would give it 10 stars if I could!
This is a terrific house in a quiet, awesome neighborhood. We stayed for 8 nights and had a 100% positive experience with 0 issues during our stay. The house has a great pool, big master suite, and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. I could not recommend the house or Belleair more.

Great home for summer vacation
Great experience overall! Clean and spacious home with everything we needed. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Short drive away from several beaches. Pool was amazing for our kids aged 3-4. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and clean house!
Our family stayed here for 9 days and we loved it!! The home is so clean and cozy. All of us loved the screened in heated pool and the house is in the perfect location! Clearwater beach and Indian rocks beach are within minutes! We talked to a few of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and kind as well! We would recommend for anyone to stay here! We will definitely be back!

In my top 2 favs, would absolutely stay here again.
Outstanding!!! It is in a very peaceful area that is 5 to 10 minutes drive from all the hustle and bustle of tourist's activities. I've stayed in condos/houses from Hawaii, to Texas, Colorado to South Dakota, Daytona beach to this area of Florida and this home is in my top 2 favorites for all that it provides. The dishes and silverware were plentiful and of good quality. An enclosed swimming pool and patio area keeps the bugs away while all your stress melts away. 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds means it REALLY does sleep 6 adults. The living room and dining room are a good size for entertaining 6 people. The kitchen was a little cramped but only if you are doing a lot of cooking with more than 2 people in it. The only problem was we had to leave. ;)

Belleaire Vacation
My spouse and I so enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough to allow family members and friends to visit during our four week stay. The outdoor space including the screened-in pool was ideal for early morning coffee and meals. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for many sightseeing trips. We found many nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would do it again.

Awesome week!
We loved this house! The kitchen was very well supplied. We loved the pass thru window from the kitchen to the patio and ate many meals outside by the pool. It was so nice to have a grill. We swam and hung out by the pool daily. There were so many extra touches such as the beach bag, towels, toys and chairs for the beach. We flew in so we couldn't bring these items for our trips to the beach. It was so handy to have a washer and dryer. We were able to park in the garage. TV's in every room though we didn't watch much TV and when we did we enjoyed the comfy furniture in the spacious living room for family TV night. Pool was a little chilly despite keeping the cover on when not in use, but the temps were mid 60's when we were there so this probably couldn't be helped and definately not something to keep us from coming back. There are so many extras the owners thought of...we would love to come back again.

Nice Location, wonderful pool!
Our stay was great, the house was as is was listed, nothing fancy, but adequate and well stocked. The beds and living room furniture are quite dated and could use an upgrade. However the pool was nice and warm, kids and adults loved it. The location was great for the beaches, nice quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to restaurants. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work for our stay, but a new modem showed up on our last night, so it should work now.

A-maz-ing!
This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. This was our first time to the Indian Rocks/Bellair/Clearwater area and it far exceeded our expectations! This house was perfectly suited to our family of 7. Plenty of space, the pool was incredible, and the drive to the beach was short and easy with plenty of options for parking. The restaurant selection was wonderful and there were grocery options close by. The neighborhood itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs ready for our use. We loved that the kitchen window opened onto a small countertop out in the pool area. The washer and dryer were very nice! Our ONLY suggestions for improvement are that the remote controls for the televisions and DVD player and ceiling fan have their batteries checked prior to families staying. A trash can in the pool area would be nice, as we grilled a few meals out there. The pool light bulb needs replacing. And the oven screen is nearly unreadable and made it difficult to use and figure out what the oven temperature was. Also, the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t make more than a few cubes at a time. These things are very minor in comparison to the overall niceness of the place. It is DEFINITELY a destination and home that we hope to return to again!

Great vacation home
We absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. They even included cups in the freezer ready for your cold beverage. The oven is a little small. Our couple that stayed in one of the back rooms said the room was warm and bought a fan. The pool was a dream!!! Very close to several beaches.

About half way thru our stay, the pool turned green after a heavy rain. We called the property manager and she said she would contact the pool service. They didn’t come out till Friday, the day before we left. The pool guy half way brushed the walls, poured some chemicals in and left. Pool was still green when we left Saturday morning. Need a new pool service company.
