Unsere Stadt erstreckt sich weniger als fünf Kilometer entlang des Golfs von Mexiko und liegt wie die benachbarten Barriereinseln direkt am Wasser, entweder am Golf oder am Intracoastal Waterway. An einigen Stellen auf diesem schmalen Stück Land kann man sogar beide Gewässer sehen.

Indian Rocks Beach ist eine ruhige Stadt mit ca. 4.000 Einwohnern und wurde ursprünglich in den 1920er Jahren als Wochenendreiseziel für wohlhabende Einwohner des Landesinneren Floridas entwickelt. Die 3 km langen Strände sind für Jung und Alt beliebt und zwischen den Motels und Eigentumswohnungen gibt es mehr als 20 bequeme Zugangspunkte zum Strand.

Beach Villa - IRB
The property was exactly as it was portrayed. It's definitely an older property and some of the furnishings are old as well. The weather was cold and rainy so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor deck or use the beach and all the toys they provided. The unit came equipped with a washer and dryer which was nice. Loved the parking situation underneath and there is definitely room for 3 vehicles if needed.Just a suggestion to the owner, it might be helpful to have more kitchen towels, cloths, coffee mugs and a supply of coffee (or at least enough coffee for everyone to have a cup the 1st morning). There was also no ice in the freezer. That should be a must.Only complaint was the noise from the upstairs unit. You can hear them walking all around and it was quite loud. I would definitely rent this unit again in better weather though.

This place is steps away from the beach! Great location! The internet/TV didnt work during our short stay but understandable because of the hurricanes. Bring a bag of ice as there is not an ice maker in the freezer. Place was clean and again a great location.

The communication and check in process and check out process were great. not a lot of things to do but take the trash out... The actual property was old (not new as listing stated), have mold in the vents along with dust. There was no deep clean, left over hair from previous guest in the master bedroom. The furniture was very worn and visible "dirty" as well as the walls.

Perfect for a long weekend
Super easy access with clear instructions, timely communication from the manager, and the property was precisely as photographed and described. Loved the balcony for relaxing! Serenity in close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants was perfect; much preferred over the chaos and grit of Clearwater Beach. Only complaint is the noise from the tenants above our unit moving around at all hours — it disrupted our sleep. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would return!

We stayed for a month. Great location, tv in all rooms. Limited kitchen utensils. When we booked we assumed that unit 2b was the top floor. We had loud walking and noise above us in 1b, which we could have managed if it wasn’t early in the morning and at night. The property manager was very professional and helpful.

The kitchen was not well equipped. We planned to make some of our meals, but mixing bowls and cookie sheets were missing. The limited amount of cereal bowls had us washing dishes all the time. Could use the dishwasher only three times because there were only three dishwasher soap pads. Not clean around edges of bathroom floor.

Cozy, Convenient Beach Apartment
Across from the Gulf, the apartment was perfect for an extended weekend. There was ample parking under the building and the unit was very clean when we entered (one flight of stairs up). A large deck with plenty of chairs was perfect or sitting & watching the world go by. Loads of windows to let in the light, a nice modern kitchen and comfy beds all worked well for us. A beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and some beach toys were all waiting outside the door for us to use. There were plenty of towels (including beach towels!) and basic supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc.) The unit was directly across the street from a beach access which was, unfortunately, closed during our visit so we walked 2 short blocks. A couple of restaurants in easy walking distance and many more within a short drive. IRB is generally quiet and there is a LOT to do & see in this part of Florida. Two suggestions: provide lock instructions with the entry code - we had trouble entering & had to call the manager. A few more plates, bowls, utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful too! We had a great time and absolutely would rent this apartment again!

We enjoyed our stay! There were basic kitchen amenities provided, which were useful, as we cooked. Also; I wish my kitchen looked like this one! Beautiful countertops, pristine backsplash and appliances. There were annoying fruit fly type bugs in the kitchen when we got there, but that is no fault of anyone—and an easy fix. The beds were nice and comfortable! There was a pack and play, weights and other workout basics there to use as well. The washer and dryer are super nice! You will need your own detergent/dryer sheets. Balcony area is furnished with nice chairs, a high top table and a floor fan. There are also area rugs out there, which is a saving grace with the sun shining bright all day! Great idea. For the beach, we utilized the wagon, umbrella and beach chairs. Absolutely convenient! Don’t go to the beach without loading that wagon. It was extremely helpful…almost got out there without a sweat 😉 …but then three kids. The location is PERFECT, especially for those traveling with children! Right across the street from the beach! There is not a great view from here on the balcony, but that didn’t matter with the short walk if we wanted a view. Evening beach trips are THE BEST (around 5)! Beach clears out and is cool. Helpful tip: We ate at PJ’s Oyster Bar and it was PHENOMENAL! Great food and great drinks! Clearwater is a short trip for the real tourist(y) things—boat excursions, aquarium (rehabilitation center), shopping, restaurants, etc.

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Had beach chairs to use when we walked across the street to the beach. Easy to get to many of our favorite restaurants, such as Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, Frenchy’s, and Gondolier, and loved having a code to use to come and go as we pleased instead of having to worry about keeping track of a key.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried about staying across the road but it was nice. The condo had a beach cart, chairs and umbrella to use. The cart saved us from carrying everything in hand across to the beach access which was right across from condo as well as a crosswalk when traffic is heavier on Gulf Blvd. The condo was as listed. Basic but comfortable. We had basic pots and pans to cook and the Keurig coffee maker was perfect, the coffee cups just needed to be a little bigger. We enjoyed the deck as well. It was quiet in the complex. We also like the keyless entry. We hope to return again. Owners were responsive when needed. Thanks to a great IRB vacation.
