Right on the beach!! Already planning to come back

Great place. Truly right on the beach. The sound of surf and the smell of the ocean are all around. Big kitchen and good-sized living area, bedrooms are small but have room for suitcases. Note that what you gain in location you sacrifice in privacy as there are people outside your front porch all day (blinds on the front windows would go a long way to mitigate this situation). Would have appreciated more towels. Lots of good dining options nearby, and we walked most places.

Peaceful Beach

We enjoyed our stay without a doubt. The beach is literally out the back door. I felt as if it were a private beach most of the time. Very respectful neighborhood & quiet. Lounge chairs available and plenty of space for the 4 of us. A bungalow beach feeling. We used little to no electronics & it was easy to disconnect from our busy lives. Resting & enjoying the sun!

Great place for a beach vacation. Host is responsive and very accommodating. Bungalow is perfect for a couples getaway and the beach view is amazing! We've been coming for several years and plan to come back again!!!

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful and clean, cozy and well stocked. Cannot beat being on the beach, very family friendly and convenient. Loved the balcony and watching the sunsets at night. No complaints at all. Looking forward to returning next year.

Can’t beat the location!

Location is perfect and has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely decorated. We travelled with two teenagers and there was plenty of space for the four of us. We appreciated the assortment of beach chairs and outdoor seating areas. Bruce was easy to work with and responsive…we couldn’t have asked for a better beach trip!

Beautiful View

This was a beautiful place to stay. Nightly sunsets were gorgeous from the porch. The traffic noise wasn't an issue because the house is set back from the street. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants and there were rental places for bikes and kayaks close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Vacation

Always wanted to stay directly on the beach and decide as a Birthday treat to rent this little bungalow! I was pleasantly please! Friends who lived near by, dropped in for a small bday celebration and they were also impressed with the spectacular few of the gulf and the beautiful sunsets. I will definitely return. Location was awesome. Loved having the beach as my front yard. Beach wasn’t crowded at all, location was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again. Only down fall was that there was only one TV in the whole bungalow. Other than that, I can’t complain any.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time and will book this place again. It was very peaceful. We spent most of our time on the deck relaxing. The king size bed was very comfortable as well as the bunk beds. The only thing that would make this place better would be a washer and dryer.

What a view!!!

What a view!!! This house was perfect for us!! Steps away from the beautiful gulf coast, clean, and located within walking distance of an ice cream shop and a food mart! Communication and response from the owner was really friendly and prompt! We hope to visit again!! Thanks for a great stay!

Lack of Luxury

Needs updating. The entire unit needs updated. The floors are the only thing new and they slanted in many spots. Bathroom is tiny and has a tiny toilet to go with it. The shower was good and the water pressure was awesome. There were rails on the top of the tub from when it used to have glass. Kitchen has way too many pans that are just thrown in the cabinets and needs everything changed. The stove and dishwasher were okay but the refrigerator had duct tape holding the shelves up. One of the light switches has duct tape to keep it turned off. The master bedroom is tiny and the bed takes up the entire room. The matress was horrible and something is wrong with the light. It turns on for a few seconds and shuts off. The best thing about the place was the beach facing deck. We spent most of our time here. It also needs some work. The boards were splintering so don't walk around with no shoes on or you'll end up with splinters.
