Diese drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Appartement ist frisch mit einer neuen Küche, luxuriös ausgestattet mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten, neue Schränke und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet dekoriert. Sowohl der Master-Bad und Gäste-WC auch mit neuen Granit-Waschtischen und neue Schränke aufgewertet. Das Wohnzimmer, sowie alle drei Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbild-TV mit Kabel. Es gibt viel Platz im großen Wohn- / Esszimmer Bereich mit gemütlichen Sofas und einem großen Esstisch.

Wonderful condo
Had a wonderful time at our recent stay! The condo is very spacious and was very clean and bright. You absolutely cannot beat the view off the balcony! Being walking distance from John’s Pass made dinners easy, and other beaches are just a short drive away if you want to venture out. The town is still undergoing cleanup and repairs from the two hurricanes in 2024, but almost everything has reopened. The elevator is still down from the hurricane, but we just got a few extra steps in, and the owners graciously offered an extra event ticket, even though that is out of their control. They were extremely responsive for any questions we had during the trip, and we are already planning our next visit!

The condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Heated pool and directly on the beach. We would stay again! The elevator was down from the hurricane still. We understand because other places still had elevators/escalators down.

If you dont want to move your car
Great location if you dont want to move your car once you are settled. The pool was nice and clean, the unit was nice and clean. The shower had very little pressure but it is what it is.

ABSOLUTE DREAM
From the moment we arrived until we left we were blown away by this stay. Beautiful view, CLEAN property, amazing location with TONS to do within easy walking distance, very attentive and supportive iTRIP staff. We had 5 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby here and fit comfortably. Easy to find, easy to check in and out, good parking, good pool, amazing beach! The only negative comments I have are that the only TV that worked was un the king bed room- the others didnt pull in channels (but we didnt watch tv so it was okay). The other thing was that our door keypad batteries ran out so we were all locked out of our room at 8pm one evening. However, the amazing and friendly staff came right out and changed the batteries and we got right back in. We will absolutely stay here again and inwould recommend this place to everyone!

We loved the size and location of the unit. Could have used more T-paper, bath towels and paper towels. Needed overall deep cleaning, showers, sinks and floors. We would stay again for sure.

Great Condo, Great Location
Overall this condo is wonderful. Beautiful views from the balcony, plenty of room for 4+ people to sit and enjoy. Amenities were great. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc... Even had wine and beer glasses! Washer and dryer in unit is awesome to keep up with washing bath & beach towels, and also allows for bringing less clothing (smaller luggage). Communication with owners and accessing the unit was super easy and all electronic allowing for no keys. Two parking spots included in rental was great as we had guests visit one day. The only "knock" against the property (which I read in reviews before I went) was that the floors will leave your bare feet black after a bit of walking on them. Now that's not to say the unit was dirty, as it looked and smelled clean upon entering. I just think that the cleaning crew runs a quick mop on the floors between guests (probably not changing the water repeatedly). This gets the big stuff up and erases any dirty areas, however, there is almost a very fine layer of sand on the floor, some of which is black. I even had a brand new pair of slippers for the trip with white bottoms, that were very sandy and black after a couple of days (as I would wear them inside the unit after showering). Again, this is not the biggest deal in the world, and I did not feel as if the floors were dirty. But maybe a very details cleaning of the floors once per month during the busy seasons would go a long way to eliminate the issue.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and I loved the screened windows and walkout to the balcony from the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the fact that there were 2 bathrooms that adjoined to two of the 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and thankfully it wasn’t very hot during our stay but ceiling fans would be a great addition.

Think twice before booking
Location is excellent. The property is a short walk to John’s Pass. Beautiful views of the gulf. Everything else was very disappointing. We arrived to a filthy condo. Our feet were black immediately upon removing our shoes. The tub wasn’t usable because it kept kicking up filth into the water. The trim and walls are dirty and stained. The couch and chairs are stained and appeared dirty. We went to Walmart to buy sheets to cover all the furniture the first night. We also bought cleaning supplies and re cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. The patio floor is filthy and needs power washing. It had some nasty gum or candy stuck to the floor. Patio furniture 4 old chairs pieced together and a crappy side table. No breakfasts on the porch for us. Here’s the best part- the first morning after staying the night my husband woke up saying he thought he smelled urine all night. We pulled back the linens on his bed to find urine stains on the sheets that reaked of pee. I guess the linen wasn’t washed upon our arrival. The property manager was responsive via text. They sent the cleaning crew back but no amount of cleaning would’ve redeemed this place. We also re washed all the bedding which took away a day. They told us they would refund the cleaning fee and have still not done so. Bummer all around. Don’t do it. The owner clearly couldn’t give a crap about keeping a nice place considering what they charge. On the plus side there’s a washer and dryer in the unit that function fine.

Wonderful stay!!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and advertised. Lots of room, and everything you need including shower and beach towels! A huge bonus if you are flying in to town. Loved the proximity to John’s Pass for dinner and shopping. Would recommend, hope to stay again next year.

Girls Weekend
The unit is as described directly on the beach, across from John’s Pass and amazing views! The iTrip team was very quick to respond to all our inquires and requests for assistance via email and text. There was plenty of bathroom towels for the unit and the kitchenware provided was sufficient for our needs. A few items to consider with regards to improving the unit are providing enough beach towels for the number of beds advertised. Both the dishwasher and washing machine need deep cleaned. The bathroom garbage cans are too small and rusted as is the toilet paper holders. The refrigerator ice maker is broken, and coffee filters are not provided. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider renting again.

Great beachfront condo across from John’s Pass
Great 3 bedroom condo for our family trip. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to accommodate the entire family. We stayed here to recoup and rest after 4 days at Disney. Great views and location a Roos from John’s Pass. We were able to walk just across the street for anything we needed. It’s nice having the Path under the bridge to avoid the busy traffic at the pass. You can’t beat the views and comfort this condo provides. Everything you need for a great family vacation.

Great Getaway for a Girls Beach Weekend!
My girlfriends and I recently had the most incredible beach weekend getaway, and it wouldn't have been the same without this fantastic 3-bedroom condo. First off, the location was a dream. The condo is right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. Everything is within walking distance! The three spacious bedrooms provided ample room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The open-concept living and dining area was stylishly decorated and felt like a home away from home. We spent many hours on the beach, including watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Although, we didn't cook. It was there if we wanted it. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We will be back!
