BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Für Anfang August bis Ende September 2019 ist ein gebäudeübergreifendes Außenanstrichprojekt geplant. Es wird nie eine Notwendigkeit geben, in die Wohnung zu gehen, aber diese Wohnung kann etwas Arbeit haben, die direkt außerhalb des Balkons mit etwas benötigtem Baugerüst erledigt wird. Der Pool ist vom 13. bis 16. September 2019 geöffnet und zugänglich.
Fantastische Lage im Herzen von Madeira Beach. Zu Fuß zu den Geschäften, Restaurants und Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

Das Resort Las Brisas liegt direkt an den Stränden und dem klaren Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. Diese besondere Wohnung ist an der Bucht Seite (nicht auf den Strand stehen), aber immer noch, nur Schritt aus der Tür und ab dem Aufzug, und die Füße sind in der weichen, weißen Sand.

Dieses Haus im zweiten Stock hat alles, was Sie für Ihre Familie Florida Urlaub wollen. Mit mehr als 1360 Quadratmetern, gibt es viel Platz, um bequem schlafen bis zu acht Personen. Verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer, der Meister mit einem Kingsize-Bett und das zweite mit zwei Queen-Size-Betten, und ein zusätzliches Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist komplett für längere Aufenthalte ausgestattet und umfasst eine Mikrowelle, einen Mixer, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster. In voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche zu Ihrer Verwendung, drei Fernseher mit Kabel, um alle zufrieden zu stellen, und die Wohnung ist mit einem eigenen WiFi-Internet-Service ausgestattet.

Der private Außenanlage Bereich umfasst einen schönen beheizten Pool mit Blick auf die Strände, Tiki-Hütten, und einen schönen Picknickplatz für einen Logenplatz, um eine der unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge der Welt. Ebenfalls enthalten, einen reservierten überdachten Parkplatz. Es gibt nicht einen Balkon in dieser Wohnung.

Voll ausgestattet mit allen Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirr ausgestattet, ist alles, was Sie mitbringen müssen Ihre Badesachen und Zahnbürste. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie eine der schönsten Wohnanlagen am unglaublichen Sandstrand von Madeira Beach.

We got off to a little rocky start with some bugs in the unit but the property management company came out the next morning and sprayed and put bait down. They responded very promptly to our concerns. The unit doesn't face the water, it's a parking lot view, but the pool and beach are amazing. Overall was an excellent stay!

Great Location & Price
The low action was amazing and the beach was calm and warm. The property checkin and check out process was easy. Only thing I had a problem with the parking- you have to park in your designated spot which was a little confusing. I also got a warning from the security on site due to them not seeing my parking tag. They also told me that they have never seen the type of tag I had. That would be my only “complaint”. It didn’t seem as if the security was in sync with the property owners.

Would not book this particular condo again.
Apon check-in walking into the unit, there was an horrible fishy smell. As if someone just cleaned and cooked up fish. Could not get rid of the smell the whole visit. Cleaning was truly bare minimum or non existing. We had not even brought our things to the room and my sons feet was black from walking around the floors. The sealing fans and water sprinklers had clumps of dust on them. Shower heads had built up scum or rust on them. Cooking appliances was bare minimum and had broken handles. Bedding was horrible hard as a rock to sleep on. The last 2 days the ac would not work. Maintenance came and left and still not cool down past 78. Needless to say we spent as much time out of the unit as possible either at the pool/beach or at our family condo on another floor. Condo is very outdated. Wish i would have spent a few hundred dollars more on another unit that at least we would have had a balcony with a view. Very disappointed. Management did say they would send someone to clean and change shower heads but no one came. No compensation for the inconvenience. For the cost of the condo i expected more. Just felt gross and dirty being in there.

Perfect Perfect Perfect Beach weekend
We live about 50 minutes from Maderia Beach but had family in town and thought we'd rent a place on the beach. The location of this condo is perfect to park your car and walk to restaurants and activities. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the condo was. The rooms were all oversized as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had an issue trying to get the TV on and I text the host and they sent someone over within 15 mins. AMAZING! Was just the battery in the remote. The condo included all the linens and towels, including beach/pool towels. Which is an added bonus to not have to pack. As others have mentioned this condo does not face the beach so you will hear road noise at night. That didn't bother us. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this property in Madeira Beach! The location was close to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed that the building was right on the beach and that the unit came with each towels,chairs and a umbrella. The living room furniture could use an update...the sofas did not have any support left in them. But, overall, the rest of the furnishings met our needs. The unit is roomy and having 2 bathrooms was great! We hope to stay again!

Noisy Property
Unfortunately, I missed the fine print where it said this is not on the beach this is intercoastal. Which means it’s on the road side of the complex resulting in a lot of street noise. Our last day there the unit across the hall had their tile removed beginning at 8:15 in the morning and going until 6 PM in the evening… Jackhammering all day long. The furniture was not what was in the photos, but rather an old sofa sleeper that was so uncomfortable, we couldn’t sit in the living room.

I had such an amazing time staying here. Check in was a breeze and it was just as described. The location is great. There is a lot to do around the area and some great places to eat right across the street. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away. I had booked this place and a few others on my vacation as we moved around Florida and then up the coast. Madeira and this place was by far my favorite. I really wished I had booked it longer. I would 100% stay here again!!!

Slept well, showers worked, AC unit not too loud and thankfully no window units. Lots of great natural light (compared to a hotel we usually stay in that is pretty dark). Prompt and helpful communication from management. Definitely great value for the price we paid. Any roaches/palmetto bugs we did see in the condo (2) and in parking garage (2) were on their backs but not dead. They were big ones but I know they are native bugs down there at the beach. Only one elevator that is very hot and stuffy and takes a while when everyone needs it. But not as long as the Cambria elevator, which is in a new hotel down the street. Cambria hotel wait made me grateful for the wait at this elevator. Parking situation stinks not only for the hotel but for the entire Madiera beach. You only get one spot for this condo, and there is NO GUEST PARKING. There are luckily 2 parking lots 2 blocks down (very close walk) but NO OVERNIGHT parking in those lots. One closes at dusk and the other closes at 2am. A 3rd (ParkMobile managed) lot in the opposite direction a few blocks down is closed from 12a-6a so no overnight parking there either. Don’t count on getting a parking pass from City of Madiera Beach either. The lot is very far away and $100 for the week which I guess isn’t too bad, but they don’t give passes at certain times a year. Supposedly, Johns Pass garage 5 min drive away has overnight parking, but we didn’t use it.

Cute little Condo
Very nice condo, had an early-ish check in which was so nice of them! Loved that there was a code and not a key to be responsible for! You walk down the stairs and the beach is right there and it was slightly more private which was great! Lots of extra pillows and blankets, no ice maker so had to get ice from the store, walking distance from so many bars/pharmacy/grocery store. Very convenient location! There were beach towels and supplies to hang at the beach! We definitely enjoyed our time here!
