This updated condo in Dunedin, FL is a 2BR/1.5BA and sleeps 6.
The Pinellas Trail is located across the street, great for walking, biking etc. Conveintely located a few miles to Main St. Downtown and waterfront park and marina. Close to bike rentals for the trail, tons of restaurants and shops, close to Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island.
The property is located 3 mi "Honeymoon Island Beach", 0 mi golf course "Dunedin Stirling Links", 3 mi city "Downtown Dunedin", 1 mi supermarket "Publix", 24 mi amusement park / theme park "Busch Gardens", 0 mi , 20 mi "Tampa International".
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet, hair dryer, central heating, air-conditioned, open-air parking in the same building, Tv.
The open plan kitchen, electric, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.

Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben ein paar tolle Tage in Dunedin verbracht. Die Lage des Objekts ist für Tagesausflüge ideal, leider liegt es an einer stark befahrenen Straße (auch nachts), sodass es leider einen stetigen Geräuschpegel gab - an den Amerikaner eventuell gewöhnt sind, durch die Bauweise der Häuser, ich aber nicht, und ich lebe in einer Großstadt. Die ausstattung des Objekts war Ideal, es war alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ebenfalls sehr gut und auf Nachfragen bzw Wünsche wurde schnell reagiert.

Perfect place to stay
Our family absolutely love staying at this place. The apartment is newly renovated and spotless. Beds are comfortable (including sofa bed). The house has everything you need and more. Very quiet neighborhood. Accessible parking spaces. The best part is the location. Just a few minutes from Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands and the Pinella Trail. You can ride your bikes, kayak, fish and enjoy pristine beaches away from crowds. If you are not bothered by crowds, Clearwater Beach is a short drive. Tarpon Springs (the biggest Greek community in USA) and the capital of sea sponges is also a short drive. We are looking forward to come back soon and staying at this condo as we have a lovely time.

Great location
We have stayed at the condo once before and really enjoyed it. The location is great and so close to everything. We brought our bikes and could ride them everywhere. The condo is very clean, bed was super comfortable. You can hear cars sometimes early in the morning, but they have conveniently put little sound machines in each bedroom if needed. We will definitely stay again’

Very close to the beach
This place is overall ok. But def NOT for 6 people, the couch is def not comfortable at all it needs to go, the place has a few things here and there that need improvement, the location is great if you dont like the big crowds and enjoy the quietness. Honneymoon island beach is just around the corner. I woul give the place a five start rating if it wasn’t for a few issues we had.

Comfortable stay
Of course-we all have different opinions. I love this place. It provided all we needed. Mainly a coffee maker : ). The places we visited were not far from this place. Clearwater beach is at least 15 to 20 minutes but not bad at all. Honeymoon beach is about 7 minutes. I didn't mind the drive. Thank you!!

Amazing place to stay, Hidden Gem
We absolutely loved the Condo. It was all that was pictured. Very close to the beach (5-7) minutes away Very clean. Very well decorated. TV’s in all rooms. Quiet and it provided us with all the essentials. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near the beach or Dunedin area. I would hands down stay here again.

Convenient stay.
Very clean. Convenient to beach, golf, groceries etc. Some curtains over the blinds may have helped the morning light. We moved a bedroom light next to the sofa. That worked great. Direct TV was a new challenge for us! We figured it out. Road noise was a bit much.

The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with glasses and Tupperware to use for beach picnics. The unit should be listed for four people not six. The small dining table had only four stools. It would be nice to have more than two chairs on the porch. Lots of traffic noise all night. Pocket door near shower was broken and off the track.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures and descriptions of property were spot on!!! Place was clean, location was perfect, beds were comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Only tiny thing was internet spotty a couple times but not enough to cause any real concern. Did knock us out a couple times while my wife was working but it was all good. This place was great and we would book again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks for the fabulous stay!!!

So convenient to the beach
We chose this property because we wanted to be close to honeymoon beach. It was very close and easy to get to. Dunedin itself had a very cute downtown. This condo was very convenient to grocery and restaurant options as well. The property was cute, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that there is little sound dampening between floors and there was a lot of noise from upstairs.
