Not terrible, not 5 star
Condo needs a little TLC. Dishwasher top rack broke, toilets loose, master bathroom sink plugged. Beds were springy, elevator very slow. Did have beach chairs, umbrella & 4 beach towels. Location was great!

Wonderful stay.
Really enjoyed the condo, every thing was in great shape. Look forward to coming back next year. My only recommendation would be the condo owners to create some way for renters to rent unused parking spaces. I would definitely like to rent an extra parking space at the condo.

The overall property was nice. The check in process was somewhat stressful as we had to go to a different location to get “keys” but then only ended up receiving a code to get into the condo. We felt this could have simply been an email rather than added as a stop to get into the property. Overall; great location.

Super nice, clean condo, beautiful views right on the beach, condo well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare dinners, walking distance to several restaurants, and right up the road from Johns Pass for some shops and great restaurants!! would recommend and definitely stay again!

Perfect Location
We were all shocked when we arrived. It was super clean, the size of the bedrooms were pretty big, and we had everything we needed for time we were there. The huge bonus was how close were to the beach and the water. My father in law has COPD and can't go far. During high tide, the water was close he was actually able to make it down. This was literally the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken. Hope to return next year.

its a great place but they had tree roaches very distrubing they did come and spray right a way
great property the check in could have been much easier because its a lock box but they made us jump thru hoops to get some paper work at 10:00 at night. they could have left it in the condo or had us come in the morning to pick it up. the roaches were infortunate

It was nice
Beach access was amazing. Condo was very nice and spacious and mostly clean. There are lots of grungy things like paint and feet were black the entire time so floors are far from clean also a contact on the floor so I question the cleaning. We also had a bug guy who needed to come in while we were there for his monthly visit. We were not told about this. I’m glad we were home at the time as the thought of someone coming in while all our valuables were out is not ok. We then were called and asked if the guys could come in and install a shower door which I said no to and thankfully they did not come in. The lady in management was super nice and my calls with questions were answered pleasantly. I would recommend this place but the owners should know it’s not being cleaned up to par. Also the fact they can’t leave more toilet paper and at least some dish soap so we don’t have to shop for household supplies would be nice. We bought the stuff and of course didn’t use much and had to leave it all behind. Hopefully it’s left there for the next people.

Needs a deep clean but great location on beach!
The condo was nice. It could use some deep cleaning. The water from fridge had mold around the spout so we purchased bottled the whole week. There was a HUGE roach in our sink on the 3rd morning, and no…we did not have a messy kitchen. Just a coffee mug in sink he decided to swim in. The first dishes I pulled out had food on it and lip marks on cup so we wouldn’t use anything before washing. I normally do this anyway, but when I see other peoples left overs it sets a high alert to me about how clean anything else is. Overall it is a nice place if you don’t mind cleaning before settling in.

Madeira beach
Lots of potential but lacking in some very important areas such as comfort and cleanliness. Location and view is great. Condo lay out is nice. Floors are very dirty so keep your shoes on. Mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable, our backs are broken. The shower heads are poor and offer no pressure. The tv requires lots of troubleshooting at times. Little to no supplies so buy everything at the store to get you through the week. Just time for some TLC and new housekeeper

1st trip to Madeira
This was our first 1sr trip to Madeira beach. The condo was updated and beautiful as well as clean and the location right on the beach was great. Our only complaint is that we had no wifi. My husband called the property management office and they were unable to fix it immediately. He was told a work order would be submitted to address it, but we never heard back. So we did not have wifi for the duration of our stay. Otherwise we were pleased.

Obstructed view
Place was nice, however picture showing view from balcony must have been taken 10 years ago, the trees they showed were much smaller, now your view is almost completely blocked by two palm trees three feet from balcony.

There were many positives to this stay. Check in was a breeze we were allowed to check in early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room is as advertised it is nice. However, the palm trees takes up 2/3rds of the ocean view from the balcony and it truly needs a deep clean. Mops and brooms changed out. Beds moved and floor mopped, shower rod and hooks changed they are rusting. Overall still a nice place to stay. The building itself really needs some TLC and deep cleaning as well. I would still recommend and possibly stay again.

Modern but disappointing
The pictures are very accurate. Nice and modern but many flaws: HUGE Roaches (saw 2 in a week) Twin beds are SO uncomfortable Master shower has black mold and shower head hardly sprayed and the holes that did spray went all different directions. The master bath sink would barley drain. The towel bars are not secure. 2nd bathroom had rusty shower rod and toilet rim was covered in black mold.

Was okay but could be amazing.
We stayed for 8 nights. i don’t think i could have made it another night. there was 8 of us and we all complained those were the worst mattresses we have ever slept on. walk through the condo one time with no socks on and your feet will turn black. other then that overall the place was decently nice. absolutely has to get new mattresses. without them i will not be staying there again. or any place through TRS.

Would stay here again!
Loved our stay here. Check in was super easy. Unit was well equipped and really pretty, & soothing decor. Convenient and easy access to beach. Elevator was out 1evening which was really problematic as 1 sister is handicapped. I called about 9pm and it was fixed by our use next morning early! Very impressive and we were grateful. This was our Sister trip (4 of us) and we all loved it. Would be good to have a full set of measuring cups.
