Florida liegt in Palm Harbor, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt zwischen Clearwater und Tarpin Springs. Das Haus hat einen Pool und einen privaten Garten. (Erhitzt, wenn Sie einen Aufpreis von 100 US-Dollar pro Woche zahlen.) Queensize-Bett im Master-Bett, Doppelbett im Gästezimmer (beide mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen), Etagenbett und Ausziehsofa im 3. Zimmer. Das 3. Zimmer ist großartig für Kinder. TV und Kabel in allen Zimmern. Garage wird zur Lagerung genutzt. Großes Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer sowie eine geräumige Küche mit Esstisch. Relaxing Getaway
Overall, we had a great vacation, and this house had many good things, and some things that could have been better. The good: The location was perfect and it is really easy to find. The home is very spacious, and the pool area is very nice. There were a lot of extras available for use in the pool, and the kids almost took the bikes out one day. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen table was the perfect size for card games. Things that could have been better: There was a broken chair at the kitchen table that we didn’t realize until it was sat on. The game room was very underwhelming. There is no ping pong table as shown in the photos, and the foosball table is being held together by tape. This was one of the selling points of the property for us since we had teens with us, so we were really disappointed. The grill was also really dirty, so much so that we chose not to use it. Overall, a nice property for what we were looking for. The house was clean, the pool was clean, and we enjoyed our time.

We absolutely loved this place! From the open spaced rooms to the sliding glass doors looking out over the pool where the children enjoyed their big brothers visit. The kithen was spacious and fully stocked with those things needed to prepare a country style family dinner. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens and the main beds were very comfortable. However one would bear in mind that the smaller beds are made pretty much for children. Living room area is very spacious and great for family gathering. The game room kept the children occupied when not in the pool. Very centrally located with Walmart just up the road a ways and Highway 19 which is lined with shops and eating places! Only a few miles from Tarpon Springs where we took in only a few blocks of the souvenir and novelty shops, not to mention more dining places and boating tours!!! Although everything was pretty much written out somewhere so that we needed not bother the host, when we did contact them, they were quick to respond! Thank You Chris and Sarah for opening your home to folks from Missouri so we could enjoy our family and take in some beach time!! Hope to come again soon!! Betty, Rachel, and Raegan

Good location, good communication, needs an update and deep clean.
We really want to leave a great review but wanted make you aware of a few things, the house and pool were as listed except for the cleanliness. The showers had hair in the drains and there was random clothing in the closets and the dishes were all so dirty we had to wash everything before we used it, the dishwasher was also extremely dirty and had food remaining in it, the kids room is a closed in porch and the beds are just OK in there. Foosball table was barely working and for some reason the ping pong table was in the garage and half broken, also a lot of the towels had stains and a lot of the lights were burnt out. The pool was great and clean. The owners were flexible and they did reach out during the stay, it just didn't seem like something that could be fixed while we were there. When I contacted them after they were responsive and said they would look into fixing the issues, if they were fixed I would stay again. The beach stuff in the garage was great, super handy, but it needs to be gone through as well as some of it is broken and you have to dig through a bunch of broken stuff to find the good stuff. The bikes are good but also need service as the kids bikes brakes didn't work. Location is fantastic.

This house is nice, has a lot of space to move around which we enjoyed. We did have some issues with the tvs. There is a Roku on one of them, but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. We loved riding the bikes that were left available to us! Location worked out perfect for us! Nice clean neighborhood! The pool was fun for our kids! We truly enjoyed ourselves in this location!

Wonderful Winter Retreat
My husband and I spent the winter of 2024 at this property in the Westlake Village community. The neighborhood is well kept and this property is excellently managed. Chris is on top of everything and would respond very quickly if there were any needs. We have spent many winters in Florida, but this is the first time in Palm Harbor (near Clearwater), and we love this area. Many great restaurant choices and this house was perfect for our needs! We will be back in Palm Harbor next year!

This home was very clean and well equipped. Would be a great vacation getaway for couples or families with children. There is a neat bunk/play room and the pool is a real treat. Our entire week's stay was lovely. Chris and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to relax. Not having to worry about bringing soaps, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper, was a BIG win since we traveled from out of state. Our kids would have spent each and every waking moment in the pool if we had let them. The amazing hosts even had floaties, toys, etc. in the garage to use. Thank you for providing the little things, which really add up to the BIG things for traveling parents. This house quickly became the backdrop of so many family memories that will last a lifetime. We stayed at the house for 5 weeks. One week it was 4 of us girls (retired friends) then one week 2 of the grandkids came . There was plenty of room to entertain.
