Dies ist ein süßes 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Haus, für 7 Personen. Das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Dunedin und Tarpon Springs. Es liegt an einem tiefen Wasserkanal mit direktem Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko, ohne Brücken. Bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mit oder mieten Sie unser. Wir vermieten unser 24-Fuß-Pontonboot für 75 USD pro Tag Ihres Aufenthaltes. Wir haben auch zwei Paddle-Boards und zwei Kajaks in der Hausmiete enthalten. Oder entspannen Sie einfach im Schatten in unserer Doppelhängematte.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und ein eigenes Wohnzimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Bett, das Wohnzimmer hat eine Queen-Ausziehcouch und einen Stuhl und eine Hälfte mit einem ausziehbaren Doppelbett. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Eismaschine und Weinkühler.
Waschmaschine und Trockner inklusive und eine große Speisekammer für Ihre Familie und Gäste.
Inbegriffen sind ein 65-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und WIFI.
Geschirmt in der Veranda und auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Dock und das Wasser. Das Deck verfügt über einen großen Gasgrill und einen Green Egg Grill.
Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Pinellas-Radwegs und des Innisbrook-Golfresorts. Viele gute Restaurants vor Ort.

Lovely Home - Would stay again!

We were in town for the Valspar PGA tournament and this home suited our needs perfectly. Wish we could have spent more time at the home because it has a peaceful view of the water and a family boat. But our trip was quick and we were at the golf course for most of the day. The beds were comfortable and it has a nice living room area that overlooks the water. My daughter and I had a nice morning run on the nearby community trail. The neighborhood felt safe and there are nice restaurants in the area. Great communication with the owner/manager. An all around great weekend!

Great home

Very nice mid century home (with cool original terrazzo floor), great screened in patio and decks down to the channel. Very comfortable and clean. Nice views and well situated in a quiet neighborhood close to both Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Easygoing and responsive hosts.

Beautiful

This property was beautiful the view was tranquil and quite. it was nice to be able to use the boat. Ruth was very kind and always responded to my chat. The neighbors were very friendly and sat and talked with us. Everything was clean and there was notes telling us how to use things that was extremely helpful. There is also a helpful hand book for the boat and house that I enjoyed reading as well. I will definitely be back everything was perfect.

Perfect Vacation to Relax and Unwind

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was gorgeous and fully stocked for our needs. The location was perfect for relaxing on the dock or island hopping to some of the area's most beautiful beaches. Beautiful home with wonderful backyard right on the canal and shaded by two large oak trees. Just perfect! Great location for boating, fishing, kayaking or just hanging out on the dock. Annual migration south

Delightful house. Very comfortable with a great view of the harbor. We saw dolphins from the back deck along with birds fishing . The highlight of the stay was taking the boat into the gulf to the little island picking up shells. There were also lots of starfish that were really cool.

Everything we were looking for!

My husband and I were looking for a place to work remotely for a couple of weeks in January, where we could also do some biking. This was the perfect spot! Plenty of space and privacy for both of us to get our work done, with easy access to the Pinellas trail for a ride at the end of the day. Ruth was a wonderful host, very responsive from the day we booked through the last day of our stay. And her property is charming -- clean and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed, plus a lovely view of the canal and lots of windows. Top notch!

Great getaway

What a great place to relax and enjoy time with family! I can not say one negative thing about our experience. The home was clean and had almost anything needed for a fun vacation - beach towels, a cooler, kayaks, a boat, a grill, and even an ice machine. Being that it is a 2 bedroom I assumed it would be a bit small, but that was not the case at all. There was plenty of space and a lot of seating inside and out, and the back deck was so beautiful and relaxing. This home will not disappoint. We are already talking about reserving again next year.

Perfect Florida Getaway

After a few long days at Disney World, this property is just what our family needed. A quiet street with direct dock access to the canal, our family loved spending time on the outdoor deck watching dolphins swim by. Very close to the sponge docks, local beaches and shopping, it is the perfect basecamp for a Gulf vacation. Ruth is a very responsive and kind host, with prompt and clear communication. BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property we knew we made the right choice. We are locals and were looking for a relaxing week on the water with our boat. This house has it all!! Super clean, polished terrazzo floors, all the amenities you could ask for. My wife and 13-year-old daughter along with friends that visited during the week all had a blast and commented on how great this house is. Great communication from Ruth the property owner the entire trip. 12 out of 10 stars all the way!! Highly recommend for anyone!!

Wonderful Vacation!

Property was exactly as described. The house was clean, cute, and perfect for our family if 5. We rented the boat, which was the best part of staying here. The barrier islands are beautiful and we had no idea how wonderful our time out exploring the islands would be. I would recommend this place to friends for a wonderful, relaxing vacation for sure! A little far from Tampa and attractions or places to visit, one hour away at least, but if you are looking to relax, the house and location to go out on the boat is amazing!

Great Location for boating

The house is located on a very nice canal and has a pontoon boat for rent at it's dock. It's very close to Tarpon Springs ($10 dock for 4 hours) and Caladesi Island State park with a marina ($6 for the boat and people to spend the day on the beach. The waters are connected by the intercoastal waterway and are protected and calm if the wind is not too high. There are many sandy islands that you can anchor near and go swimming and hiking. The area has many restrurants by water or land. Very nice vacation.
