Willkommen in der Palm Suite! Kürzlich renoviert, mit Smart-TVs in jedem Zimmer und kostenlosem Highspeed-Internet, verfügt diese Suite über 2 Queensize-Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die mit Vorräten bestückt ist. Diese Suite verfügt außerdem über eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit. Ein großer Balkon bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und den Pool- und Whirlpoolbereich.
Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort, einschließlich einer Garage. Das Salt Rock Grill liegt gegenüber dem besten Restaurant der Stadt. Nur wenige Schritte vom Indian Shores Coffee Shop und der Quintessential Dive Bar Mahuffer's entfernt, gibt es während der Saison auch einen Sonntagsmarkt, direkt gegenüber der Town Hall. Das Rathaus bietet außerdem kostenlose Tennisplätze, einen Kinderpark am Wasser und eine Bibliothek, die buchstäblich auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt!
Ich persönlich bin stolz darauf, Ihnen einen Mietwagen anbieten zu können, der den WEG über unsere Konkurrenz hinaus säubert. Ich habe gelernt, dass Bettüberwürfe nur zweimal im Jahr gewaschen werden müssen. Bist du gerade von deinem Stuhl gefallen? Das größte, was ich je gehört habe. Wir waschen uns jedes Mal. JEDES MAL. DO NOT stay here. IN ANY UNIT. The pictures ARE NOT what you will get. It is dirty, the pool is dirty, the jacuzzi does not work. The property is runned down. I am fighting to get my money back after leaving the property days before my check out.

Beautiful spot!
This was our first time in the area and was so glad my family and I got this place. Beautiful view, clean and the access to the beach was perfect! Minor things need to be worked on such as the hot tub didn't work properly. My husband took lots of time trying to figure it out. The lack of supplies in the rental lacked. 1 garbage bag, 1 washcloth, 1 dishcloth, dull knife, no soap. Beds were ok...one bed had bricks under it as the frame was broken. The shower was bad, no water pressure and very hard to adjust temp. The caulking needs to be touched up. So minor things that could be fixed would make this place Top Notch!! But the view, location, deck, beach, pool all made up for it for the price.

Misleading
During our stay, pool and hot tub worked maybe 10 percent of the time. Eventually, it became unusable and unsafe. I paid for a condo that had these amenities and feel taken advantage of after talking with pool company and looking at previous reviews saying this has been an ongoing problem! I would not recommend this condo to anyone, until these issues are resolved! Grounds are also unkept with debris and water issues on doors and floor molding possibly resulting in mold issues. Definitely needs some TLC!

Great location
Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet.

Some definite pluses and minuses. The view is great and we loved hanging out on the spacious balcony. The easy access to the beach and pool were great for our young kids. As others have said, this older building has some definite wear and tear. The padded dining chairs need a deep clean, the beds are overly soft/lumpy, and the pool area could use routine tidying up/dusting sand from the pool chairs. I knew some of these issues from others' reviews, so they were compromises i was willing to take. We won't be staying here next year, but would consider it again in the future.

The View ! The rest was just ok.
The view was great. The host never responded to my emails/text. Property was to have HOT tub, it did but 78 deg. Host never responded to us asking for directions on use. Couches were horrible, the cushions were old and worn out, ended up with back ache. Cushions on outdoor furniture even worse. Also the deck furniture was at deck rail height so you could not see " the View". The mattres in second bedroom could of held 20 gals of water in the hole in the middle of it. Daughter woke up with major neck ache. Kitchen was just equipped enough but no pizza cutter(essential equipment). In the checking out instructions they wanted us to clean the floors but both vacuums that were there were broke, so you had to try to sweep sand across a tile floor.(doesn't work well).Over all the view the view the view was nice. a little updating would go a very long way. The lack of communication was terrible. We left the place cleaner than it was when we arrived and did get our deposit back. Should get a refund for lack of hot tub and aggregation for no communication.

The location, beachfront was excellent, BUT the unit needs a overhaul—all new furniture—mattresses rolled toward center; the indoor couches are stained and the cushions are sagging and limp and the bath tub and tile are moldy and need replacement. Linens and kitchen supplies/dishes are lacking. Hilda answered my text but didn’t bother her once we were here. The parking is not conducive to a mid size vehicle, needs compact to fit in garage space.

Nice unit
We booked a trip about 2 days before going so we were lucky to find availability. The unit is overall nice and very clean. Its updated and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The only "slight" things that would make it better would be: new mattresses. They are old and need updated. They're not comfortable and bent all weird. The outside of the building looks kind of rough up close,and leading up to the unit its the same, but once your in the unit its very nice. Overall its a nice play and i would stay again.

Girl’s Trip
First of all, I can’t say enough about the view!!! It was amazing. The pool area was incredible and they had new pool furniture that was resort style. The spa was a huge added plus. We were across the road from a police station. So we felt really safe. My only complaint was we had no access from our deck to the pool area. However, the unit next to us did. So now I know! It’s a five star overall and makes for a perfect beach get away.

Beautiful Beach Condo
My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights as a little mini vacation before the holiday craziness starts. The location was amazing; you really can’t beat being right there on the beach! View was superb and the host was very responsive and kind. The condo balcony was large and lovely to relax on and the condo, overall was exactly as described. Some of the PROS: 1. Pool was clean and inviting and hot tub was a great temp for us. Pool floaties were in abundance. 2. Great to be able to just walk right out on the beach; no crossing a road or anything. 3. Condo was very clean and had ample Place to sit and eat either on the patio or inside. 4. Garage parking was awesome. some CONS: 2. There were no bowls in the kitchen, like for cereal nor were the baking sheets for the oven. The bowl thing was just kind of odd lol; my kids used coffee cups for their cereal. 3. There was food left in the fridge from previous guests: annoying only because the check out time is strict apparently so cleaning lady has 6 hours to clean; but there’s no way something obvious like that would be overlooked if someone actually spent 6 hours cleaning. 4. There was a door connecting the 2 mid floor balconies; we woke up 1 morning and someone had come onto our balcony from the other suite. This was concerning because guests from that suite had very easy access to our balcony and that was a big safety issue for me. Host should put a dead bolt on their side. Overall it was lovely tho!

Peaceful Vacation
My old college roommate from NC came and stayed with me for the week. It was nice and peaceful at this location, unlike other places I had stayed in the past which were always noisy with stomping kids overhead, screamers, etc. This smaller building, everyone got to know each other, friendly, really nice. The garage was a nice feature with our own space and garage door opener. Location is perfect. Walked everywhere. Cafes, bars, nice restaurants to choose from. Excellent vacation!

This property location was perfect. Beach access was amazing as well as the pool. I really liked the smaller size building. The condo inside was just as described! Outside area could use a little sprucing up, but overall was good! Would stay again!

Our stay was great. The unit was clean and had a personal elevator. The kitchen was lovely, but there were not enough forks or dinner glasses. There were only 3 beach towels and few bath towels. There is a gate on the balcony that restricts direct access to the pool and beach so we had to come and go through the front door. The beach was footsteps from the pool and beautiful. The bed closest to the entry, where the elevator opened, also housed the washer and dryer unit. The dryer took a very long time to dry (three or four cycles) The bed in the ack bedroom was horribly! It was like there was a hole in the middle, like sleeping in a hammock…. We enjoyed our stay even if my husband slept on the couch because of the bed. Management was very slow to respond to questions if they responded at all and were very abrasive and even accused us of taking the extra keys (everything was left where we found it) after we explained this, there was no further contact at all, no apology or anything. I doubt I would consider staying again partly because of the lack of communication.

Very disappointed
I'll start with the good, the location is great and we enjoyed staying at a beachfront property. The pictures look better than the actual property is. Here are a few examples why this stay was definitely not worth the money we spend. - we pulled dirty dishes out of the cabinet. - the shower curtain could not have been any cheaper and flimsier, one very thin plastic sheet that is not able to keep clean. This one was gross. - the pan in the kitchen was so scratched, it's toxic and couldn't be used - the dining room chairs were stained and absolutely disgusting to sit on. - the ceiling in the closet was down and we looked at a big hole - the couch is so worn out, you sink to the floor - both mattresses were hammocks, absolutely terrible - there was a tile missing near the bathtub, it was laying on the floor next to the cabinet/sink - a maintenance crew come out only once to attend to the property - the outside shower (outside the fence) did not work. - the property is a mess, cluttered, chairs upside down at the side of the property piled up, rusting, beach toys and other items everywhere - the garage is dirty, disgusting, the way to the elevator a mess - our garage door didn't work. I reached out to the property contact, but it didn't get fixed during our stay. I contacted the owner before posting this review but didn't receive any response. Definitely not worth the money. We've stayed in the area many times, but there are a lot of better properties around.

A nice vacation but could use some small improvements
The location and property were lovely. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our vacation. However, there were some things that could be fixed that would make a big difference. We are a family of 4 and there were 4 forks and 1 bowl. I understand renters may swipe items like that from time to time but the owner could keep a closer eye on inventory. There was also no cutting boards. The property offered a garage which is nice but the door was broken so you could not use an opener. You had to manually open the door from the inside to get in and out of the garage. Again, a relatively small fix that can make a big difference.

After all was said & done we had a great time!
Upon our late arrival at 1:30 AM, we discovered the property had not been cleaned. There was evidently some miscommunication between the property owner. I cleaned and laundered bedding myself, so that my family could get to bed. After that our stay was perfect, other than I could not open the instructions of what we were supposed to do for check out until after we had already vacated property, and arrived back to our home state. Would book property again, we had a great time!
