HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and looking forward to welcoming back guests. The beaches are open and full accessible! Until further notice, the pool is not open and is currently under construction. There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. We are hopeful that they will be open by Jan, 2025.

Whatever you imagine as your perfect beach getaway, you will find it here. The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool as well, both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the pool patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Within walking distance from Sea Breeze is the world famous John's Pass Village, home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars. You will find something for everyone!
