Great Location for a beach vacation just ignore the lights from the mini golf place next door!
Location of this property in relation to the beach was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Super short walk and you’re relaxing in the sand. Good food a short drive away. House had plenty of room and is dog friendly. My biggest issue was the mini golf place next door. Those giant lights do not go off until super late so it’s practically daylight inside the house well into the night. Even when you’re in the bedroom you can’t escape the lights since they reflect off of the condo building on that side and into the windows. Definitely think black out curtains would be a great addition to the house. The blinds do no good. Also, the couch in the living room is so uncomfortable and you really couldn’t avoid sitting there since you didn’t have many options.

Extremely great place!!
This was an amazing spot!!! Didn't really know what to expect at first, but looking at other reviews, it really gave me high hopes. I was excited and it totally delivered. The place was immaculate and exactly the kind of place that you would love to stay in on vacation. It was exactly as described. The appliances are extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable and the couch in the living room was comfortable, to me and I'm a big guy. It's a great place for one to four people, but perfect for two people. The backyard is very nice for just relaxing after the beach or after any other activities that you may venture off to. The beach is literally a hop, skip, and a jump from the house. They supply you with everything that you may need to enjoy your stay as far as towels, utensils, cookware, and even a washer and dryer with a few tide pods. If you need anything else, the grocery store is about a 10 to 15 minute drive. It's a very nice and cozy spot. I would love to stay there again next time in down that way. If you book it, you will not be disappointed, at all.

Fabulous 9 days in Paradise
The house is great! You might think it is small because of only 1 bedroom but with the twin trundle bed pulled out we had plenty of room. Didnt even have to put the beds back in in the morning. There was 4 of us and 2 small dogs. My only suggestion for inside house would be a more comfy couch and seating for when you want to come in and relax after a long day out on adventures. The couch is very hard. As for outside we spent a lot of time on the back deck. Grilled several nights, kids fished on the canal. Our 1st night there was manatee and dolphins on the canal, our last night we had 4 parakeets playing for hours and it was cool to watch them all. Bruce is awesome to work with and answered all my questions since this was our 1st visit to this area and we will be back!! The walk to the beach is like couple of minutes if that. You are so close if you need lunch or bathroom you just walk back across the street. This is a great little place and i am so glad we chose it for our vacation

We love this place
This was our second time here and it.still really works for us: good condition, convenient, and awesome back porch. The couch in the living room area is a bit uncomfortable, but not a show stopper. Perfect for 2 people.

Great location for easy beach access
We have stayed at many Gulf Blvd properties over the past few decades. This unit was acceptable. It wasn't well enough equipped if we'd had our full party of four, but it was fine for just the two of us. The seating in the family room was extremely uncomfortable, but luckily we didn't have to spend much time there. We would come back here if the cost was right.

Comfortable bed in new surroundings, and very clean! Walked across the street to walk the beach and see the sunsets, and then walked to yummy restaurant's for dinner. Or a short ride to restaurants. Host was responsive and professional.

Did not care for this rental
We stayed here recently only for 2 nights and not our favorite VRBO that we have done and we have done many. Pros: Location to the Beach is great The cleaning person does a good job There are 2 units in this bldg. and we could not hear the neighbor at all It is pet friendly Cons The neighbors in the bldg next door are noisy!! Party started @2:30am and went until almost 4:30am music etc.. It is very noisy w/ the Mini golf right next door if they are busy. This unit needs a lot of repairs/ maintenance done to it. We owned a property mgmt company for 25 yrs so understand how it all works. hand towel in the bathroom had a few brown stains on it. The grill /grill brush were gross I wouldn't have cooked on that at all. Make sure if you are booking this you know which unit you get. I guess both units have the same pictures of the deck/backyard. We did have the unit that went out onto the deck but was told that the other unit could use it too if they wanted to. I emailed the property mgmr when we got there before we even moved anything in saying I had taken pictures of many of the issues in there and his response was "what issues" to lead me to believe that he hasn't set his eyes on the unit to check it out. fan remotes w/ no batteries to use them lamps w/ no bulbs in them. broken blinds to name a few of the issues. This unit would not be my first choice to go back to. Advise - bring a noise machine to drown out the outdoor noise (and we are not light sleepers) !!

Indian shores
This little duplex was really cute and clean. The location is perfect not far from the beach yet in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. There is a large backyard with tons of seating. There are stores, food and ice cream in several places all within 10 min. You have your choice of two beaches with several pull up locations. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay if we were in the area again.

We love this little place
Very nice and quiet little place. Perfect size for two people and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The back has a deck and green space and you can see the intracoastal waterway. You are only across the street from the public beach access and close to everything you might want to go to. Will definitely book again!

Everything we needed!
Our cozy pink house was perfect for the two of us! Everything was a breeze. Property manager was nice, as we happened to see him upon check-in. Bed was super comfy, shower had great water pressure, cute deck out back, all appliances were updated and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was centrally located and the trolley stop was right in front of the unit. Super convenient! We loved our stay!

Little pink house
My husband and I recently stayed here for the second year in a row. We absolutely love it. Our only complaint is parking. Last year we were able to park off the street, now it is an easement and the parking near the road is tight. We brought my car this year but a truck will never fit. Other than that it is my probably my favorite place I have ever stayed. Everything is provided for you including laundry detergent. Bed is very comfortable and it is very clean. I really highly recommend it.

This place is great. Beach access across from apt. Back porch area is wonderful for privacy. We stayed 8 nights here and the only thing I would really suggest is a dresser!! We will be back again next year!!!

My husband and I and our two dogs loved this little house for a quick getaway 30 mins away from where we live so we could stay at the beach. It had everything we needed and the beach access is right across the street. Great location and cute little house. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful location and accommodations
We were so pleasantly surprised that the home was larger than we expected. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two pups. We have a large breed pup and there were no size or breed restrictions. This was wonderful. The yard area was wonderful, with the back deck and allowed us plenty of outdoor time with our pups overlooking the bay. The beach was so close just across the street. The home was absolutely perfect. My only concern as someone traveling out of town for families is please be aware there are no lifeguards at this beach and there are no flags flying so know what the water conditions are before you take small children. Everyone in town was very pleasant and nice. Not a touristy environment at all. Clearwater beach isn’t far away and neither is several other beaches where there are lifeguards if this is a concern for you. Several wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. We rode bicycles all over the town vs driving. Lots of crosswalks to allow access to both sides of the road. By 11pm everything is closed for the evening so not a lot of “partying” going on at all hours of the night like many other beach towns. Beach was clean and beautiful. Just a perfect spot for a nice carefree vacation. Definitely recommend highly for even a small family or more than 1 couple.
