NO DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE Milton or Helene except a few pool screens missing. INCREDIBLE VALUE!! 4 bedroom 2 full bath HEATED SWIMMING POOL ( heated pool starts Oct 15 and runs seasonally thru April 15 ) home with Tiki hut, fire pit and fenced yard is yours to use! Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

The pool area has beautiful market lights And the pool itself has a light. Turn these on at night it looks gorgeous!

✔️BEDROOM 1- master bedroom. King bed. Attached bathroom with shower toilet vanity. Walk-in closet, ceiling fan Bed is soft and cloud like.

✔️ BEDROOM2- Large bedroom. King bed. Office desk and chair. Smart TV, ceiling fan. Bed is soft and cloud like.

✔️BEDROOM 3- queen bed. Soft and cloud like. Ceiling fan, smart TV , walk in closet

✔️BEDROOM 4- queen bed. Soft and cloud like. Ceiling fan, smart TV , walk in closet

✔️KITCHEN- stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite. Fully stocked with tons of spices, cooking oil, 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker, filters, sugar, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Tea kettle, blender, toaster, waffle maker, tons of pots, pans, coffee, cups, wine, glasses, martini, glasses, regular cups plate, silverware, cookware.

✔️ BATHROOM 1- shower, toilet , vanity with toilet paper, hairdryer, curling, iron, flat iron. We provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, mail, female, body wash Q-tips cotton balls. This bathroom is private and attached to the master bedroom.

✔️BATHROOM 2- common bathroom . Bathtub with shower head. Toilet, vanity. This bathroom also contains a hairdryer, curly iron, toilet paper, Q-tips, cotton balls, full size, shampoo, conditioner, male, female, body wash.

✔️ LIVING ROOM- beautiful fireplace accent wall with electric fireplace and huge 65 inch smart TV. Coffee table contains games like sorry, trouble, clue, playing cards. The living room has two large couches that open up in the queen beds. . TV has basic cable. Several apps are already loaded.

✔️POOL- nice sized Salt water swimming pool. Shallow 3 1/2 feet deep end 6 feet. The swimming pool is heated October 15 to April 15 seasonally. Free no extra charge. The pool area has seating, and a nice screened in cage around it to keep your outdoor experience. Bug free! Beautiful market lights and POOL LIGHT make this area shine at night!

✔️ BACKYARD- completely fenced in. Perfect for those of you. Coming with pets. Nice little little tiki bar. With seating. Fire pit with six chairs. Grill with propane attached.

✔️LAUNDRY ROOM- full-size washer. Two full-size operational dryers available to use. We provide cleaning supplies, full-size, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach.

✔️ GARAGE- one car garage available for use. The garage contains all of our pool/beach supplies. The garage also contains spare propane tank for the grill.

✔️BEACH GEAR- we provide eight beach chairs, beach cooler, pool/beach toys like blowups /Noodles, sand play toys. We provide beach towels, regular towels Umbrella

-8 miles to Clearwater beach
- 10 miles to honeymoon island state park/ caladesi
- 10-15 min drive to treasure island
- 25 min to tampa international airport
-10 min to st Pete airport

Loved IT!
My family and I had a great time at this property! Ms. Sandra was a very generous host and we enjoyed the property to the fullest! A Hidden Gem! A++++
This home is absolutely gorgeous, warm,cozy and designed perfectly. Home was stocked with everything you could possibly need. From spices to extra towels. Oh….the beds and couches are beyond comfortable! Next trip we will be staying longer as 4 days wasn’t long enough. A great house near the beach!
Stayed for 4 days to attend a Family event in town. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Warm decor and comfortable seating. Fantastic host who was readily available if needed and communicated instructions and expectations clearly. Lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. A great property!

A couple times a year my aunt, my mother, and myself (all 60 years +) meet at a different Florida location. So, we've been to many vacation rentals. This home is right up there with the best. Amd well stocked, host was amazing with her prompt responses. Would definitely recommend! Very clean

St Pete golf trip
Four of us "mature" ladies traveled to St Petersburg for a golf tournament and made this our home base. With 4 bedrooms, a great family and kitchen area, and especially the lovely pool we had a great stay. Pack your swim suit and toothbrush only because that’s all you’ll need. This rental was jam packed with anything you might need for a very comfortable stay. Everything we could possibly need!
Sandy, our host went above and beyond with everything. She is quick to respond and accommodate. I texted with her whenever I had a question about anything and it was like talking to an old friend. The house was VERY clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. There were even things I didn't have to pick up from the grocery store! We will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone!

The house was great. The losting is super detailed and accurate. Everything was clean, it is really close to the beach and tons of restaraunts and shops. They have loads of extras (shampoo,conditioner, detergent, a hair dryer and curling iron, beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler, etc.) 5/5 would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay for a Wedding Weekend - Highly Recommended
I recently stayed at this fantastic house booked through VRBO, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Everything described online was spot on – the house was excellent and met all our expectations. Communication with the Property Manager was seamless and efficient, making the booking process a breeze. We booked this house for a wedding that was happening over the weekend, and to our pleasant surprise, the management went out of their way to prepare a thoughtful gift for the couple. This special touch really made our stay memorable and showcased the property manager’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The location is also very convenient, being just 15 minutes from Indiana Shores and about 30 minutes from Treasure Island. This made it easy for us to enjoy some beach time and explore the local area. I highly recommend booking this property if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. You won't be disappointed!

Fishing Frenzy
We came to Madeira Beach for a fishing excursion. Since there were seven of us, we needed a nice place to stay that was close to the Marina. We selected this property because it could accommodate the sleeping needs of the group. It looked clean and well maintained. The pool was a plus and the outdoor grill was a nice touch. We used the grill to prepare a fresh caught fish dinner. Outstanding, by the way. Publix was within walking distance which was very helpful. We were very pleased with the owners attention to details and providing clear instructions for the stay. The property provided what we needed for a short stay. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the Clearwater area. Five Stars For Sure!

This lovely home was SO close to my Florida family's home. It is also a stone's throw from all the Gulf Blvd beaches and eateries! The house lived up to the listing description-amenities were plentiful-especially all the beach items available for use (chairs, toys, coolers, floaties, etc.).
