Diese großen Drei-Zimmer-Eigentumswohnungen schlafen bis zu zehn, die perfekt für einen unterhaltsamen Familienurlaub mit den Kindern oder bei Reisen mit einer Gruppe ist, die Privatsphäre genießt. Unsere Eigentumswohnungen können für nur drei Nächte gemietet werden oder Sie sind willkommen, für einen Monat oder mehr zu bleiben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer in voller Größe. Die Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei große Betten. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine schöne Aussicht, große Schränke, Kabel-TV und Internetzugang. Parken ist vor Ort für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Wohnbereich. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden für Ihren Gebrauch zur Verfügung gestellt. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit gibt es Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner vor Ort.

Redington Shores ist dafür bekannt, dass es ein nicht-kommerzielles Gebiet ist, das Ihnen ein extra "Beachy" Urlaubsgefühl geben wird. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Verleih mit Fahrrädern, Motorrollern, Kajaks und all Ihrer Abenteuerausrüstung. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich ein kleiner Laden, der es Ihnen leicht macht, sich für einen Tag am Strand und einem urigen Sandwichladen vorzubereiten. Der Suncoast Beach Trolly hält direkt vor dem Gebäude und macht es leicht, die Golfstrände hoch und runter zu fahren, ohne sich Sorgen um ein Auto machen zu müssen. Die Wohnanlage liegt nur ein paar Kilometer vom Historic John's Pass entfernt - einem Fischerdorf aus der Jahrhundertwende, das die Touristenattraktion Nr. 1 im Pinellas County ist, mit Hunderten von lokalen Händlern, Restaurants, Jetski und Bootsverleih und Delfin-Kreuzfahrten. Es gibt viel Abwechslung, um alle in Ihrer Gruppe glücklich und zufrieden zu halten.

Awesome beachfront corner view!
Very nice clean and neat 3 bedroom 3 full baths. Great kitchen. Great patio overlooking beach. I had no idea how bad the damage to this area was by Helene. This place was all cleaned up, water and electricity and WiFi working exactly as stated. Pool demolished by the hurricane but who needs a pool when you have the beach. Will stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfectly far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle!
Stayed here in May 2024 with 2 other couples, who are family members. It was so nice having a separate bathroom for each couple. The rooms were nice size, kitchen literally had everything you could possibly need and more, and everything was clean. Fell in love with the “frother” on the Keurig, I must now have one! The view of the sunset from the balcony was exquisite, and we lived the private beach. It was great to not have to rush early to get a spot, it was not crowded at all. Had a nice large area to ourselves. It’s really the perfect spot to be close enough to Clearwater Beach and the very touristy areas like John’s Pass, but not right in the crux of it all. Lots of really delicious eats nearby too. And the drive to Seaweeds is a must!

College friends reunion to celebrate turning 50
We had the best time. Everything was as described. We loved the amazing ocean view, morning coffee on the deck with the awesome view, walks up and down the beach, 2 people per bedroom & bathroom was perfect (we had 6 total). Well stocked kitchen. Parking was easy. Comfy beds, had everything we needed like beach chairs and beach towels. Would love to return.

Yearly meeting with friends!
This unit is exactly like it describes. Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, very clean. The view is amazing. The only problem, really not a problem to most, probably, but the washer and dryer (1 machine for both) was a little hard for us. The washing part was just fine, but the drying part took a couple of hours, and still damp. Other than that issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Girls trip
Celebrated turning 40 together with my friends and this condo was perfect! There was 5 of us and there was plenty of room. We loved having 3 bathrooms so no one was ever fighting to get ready. The hallway was a little out dated but as soon as you turn the key, the unit is updated and beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Once you step out of the lobby, the beach and pool and bbqs are like 20ft away. The water was calm and beautiful and the beach was less crowded than at the bigger resorts in St Pete. We loved the location and the mom and pop shops and restaurants near our place. We ventured into St Pete and Treasure Island, but couldnt wait to come back to our area at Indian shores. Bridget and Danielle who work in the office were so friendly and helpful. I bothered them many times and they were always happy to help with any of our needs. We all had an amazing time and im looking foward to renting this property in the future! 😊

We showed up to a very modern looking condo. It was beyond our expectations. Wonderful ocean view, check in was so easy as they had everything ready when we arrived. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and much more for us to use during our stay. This area of the beach was much more relaxed and peaceful. We will be back to stay again!

Very nice condo
We enjoyed our stay. However found the beds too high for some members of our family over 80yrs of age. We didn’t find the step stools until the last day as they were under the beds not visible. Also may need a change of living room furniture as the cushions kept sliding out of sliders when sitting. Enjoyed the beach tubes and chairs. Also wanted to let you know the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed so it kept creeping out when opened for use. Overall very nice place.

Great place with plenty of space for all of us girls to spread out with our stuff, close to the beach and close to all the amenities you could need! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Fruit flies and dirty floors
The condo is very nice. Updated. However our unit had fruit flies in the kitchen and made it almost impossible to cook. The floors were also so dirty our feet were black. I told the front desk who brought me a mop and told me fruit flies are bad and there is nothing they can do about it. I tried reaching out to VRBO to help and was unsuccessful. They reached out to the property manager who was unresponsive A few people we met said they visit and always stay at this condo complex but feel it has gone downhill. The pool heater and the hot tub were also not working during our stay

Loved our stay!
We took a red eye flight, and were so tired. Bridget called us as soon as our room was ready, which allowed us to take a nap and then enjoy the day. Our tv went out for a bit (I think that was my fault. I was trying to see if I could cast Netflix). Chris came right up and reprogrammed the tv for us. The view from the patio is great, and where we spent most of our time. Same great view from the living room couch. Loved walking right across the street to the coffee shop. The location was also excellent to allow us to have fun in a more socially distant way, as the beach here is not at all crowded. We made all our meals in the room. We had most everything we needed. As other reviews stated, the dryer in the room doesn’t work. It’s a washer/dryer in one. We tried twice. Both times it fully washed the clothes a second time instead of drying. There is a set of dryers just down the hall. We could only get the card reader to work on one of them, so we had to wait for it to be available. Wasn’t really an issue for us. Great stay and helpful staff.
