Studio on a great beach
I have to start by saying that we came 2 months after the Hurricane so some things we not open/available. The studio condo had a great view. The floor was pretty sandy all the time even after sweeping but was clean and everything worked. Would visit again.

Staff very attentive. Pool not heated, but refreshing. Appreciated recommendations for meals. Sloppy Joes, Pia Tratoria ( needed reservation) were delicious. We enjoyed the Drum Circle on Sunday.

Amazing view. Easy access to beach
Overall great place to stay with an amazing view with beautiful sunsets. Even saw some dolphins our last day. Only wished they had a smart tv or I was able to use my Amazon fire tv stick. Just so when I’m not at the beach we could watch whatever we wanted. Communication was very good with the owners

Paradise!!
The property was on point with all the pics and details. We absolutely loved the area. Just what we needed for a private get away. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied for us. Grocery store is less than a 5 minute drive. Souvenir shops also. We will definitely be staying here again. Very clean and staff is very friendly. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. This place was perfect!

In need of a deep cleaning
I typically won't ever leave a review unless it is a positive one, however I think it is necessary so others will know what to expect. When we arrived we typically always check the bed first. The sheets had staining throughout. I have no doubt they were laundered but with the amount of staining they should not have been used. Contacted host and they did have someone come within a few hours to replace the sheets. (We did meet with one of the cleaners who assured us the sheets were clean just stained) Guess what...the new sheets had stains too! We basically dropped our luggage off and went to dinner. It was my mistake by not checking other things when I contacted host about the sheets because once we returned to the unit we realized there was unreasonable amounts of sand throughout the condo. I get it, its a beach resort there will be sand but this was excessive. We literally had to keep towels by the bed to wipe our feet off before getting into the bed. Once I got in the shower it also had a thick layer of sand around the edges of the inside of shower not to mention a nice big wad of hair. Again another sign that things were not cleaned properly ahead of our stay. By the time I was in the shower it was 11 PM and since I had already contacted the host once we just decided to wipe up the shower the best we could and dealt with it. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the location but we would not stay here again.

Overall good experience
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Loved the proximity to the beach and having beach service available at the property was a bonus! The beach was beautiful. Only negative was the bed. The bed is hard, not firm, but hard. Note to new visitors to Treasure Island: there is no free parking anywhere! Every restaurant we went to had paid parking which added at least $20 to our meal. So be prepared.

main lobby was under construction which limited elevator use and very noisy .. no broom had to buy one . and laundry room was broken down had to go off premises to wash towels and clothes ......so this took a day off vacation .we were disappointed regarding these issues also not enough pillow cases

Amazing Family Beach Vacation
We had an amazing family vacation here. The view is beautiful and you are just a few steps away from the sand between your toes. Each day we saw dolphins and manatees that were close enough to feel their waves. The pool was refreshing and a nice break from the heat. Unit was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Treasure Island visit
This property is probably the closest you can get to the water without sleeping on the sand. The location was great. The owners and front desk staff were extremely helpful. The building is under renovation but that worked to our advantage as less people staying on the property translated into less crowded beach. The room was very clean and well furnished. We will come back again.

Perfect place for a little getaway. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues and the condo had everything we needed! The beach is not crowded in this area, so you definitely can rest and relax.

Had a great time. Perfect location form beach and restaurant’s. The only thing I can think of is the shower head needs replaced and I’m knit picking, however it feels like needles stinging you and no way to change flow or pattern. Most definitely would like to revisit. Very nice place for couples get away.

Nice place and good location.
This is a lovely place to stay. It is right on the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. As people have said before me, you need a new shower head. The shower head shoots intense streams of water that can be painful. Communication with property manager was excellent.

The unit was just what we needed for our stay. A great view of the gulf as well as amenities to make the stay very enjoyable. Note that the bathroom vanity sink is awful and the shower head a bit painful to endure, but everything thing else was great.

Island Inn stay thru VRBO Review
The view was absolutely gorgeous and well worth the stay. Could hear the Gulf water/ waves 24/ 7. The room is really smaller than the pictures portrayed. Guessing about 500 square feet, if that. The shower pressure felt as if you were getting sprayed by a power washer and no way to change pressure. Needs a different shower head for so pressure isn’t as strong. Was unable to find local channels on the tv. Had to load my personal cable tv app. And there was a lot of semi final football going on at time. In finishing, the sunsets were gorgeous and beautiful every night. Was a beautiful stay!

Relaxing beachfront retreat
If you want to wake up to the sound of crashing waves, watch the sunset from your balcony, or hunt for shells steps from your room, this is the perfect accommodation for you. The location is surprisingly quiet for being located on Gulf Blvd. The room has all you might need to make your stay comfortable (beach chairs and towels, cookware, microwave, coffee pot). The property was clean and in good repair. Check in, check out, and parking were all simple. Loads of activities and restaurants within short distance by car. Even some within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
