„We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. And to top that all off, Lisa is a GREAT ...

„The studio apartment was very cute and more than functional. I had family in the neighborhood so I mostly just slept there but I could have cooked, the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I missed was I would have liked to use a washing machine but there wasn’t one in the little house. “

Not only was it a 2 bedroom newly renovated cottage over a garage, but it had a separate enchanting patio with comfortable and lovely furniture and grill surrounded by beautiful bamboo and live oaks that were home to wonderful birds.We loved every minute in this Roser Park neighborhood. We took many walks enjoying the picturesque park and homes.“

„Overall good stay. Convenient for the location of the race we were doing. Cute older house. Fit our family of 6 good. But The fold out couches could use an upgrade on mattress or foam pad. When we arrived there were also no sheets in closet for the fold out couch and had to call management (responded quickly) who needed to give us a code to get into their extra linen closet. Also parking onsite says 3 but if you have anything other then a small car it is a very tight 2 car parking(we had a suv ...
