Cool off from the summer sun in the private, enclosed yard, where you can relax in the small dipping pool and attached cascading pool spa. As the children play in the garden and come up with new adventures in the treehouse, the adults can prepare memorable meals in the chef's kitchen, recently renovated with new appliances, cabinets, counters, and flooring, before gathering around the fireplace for games and movies. At night, you'll also be treated to brand new mattresses on the three king beds. The primary bedroom has a Smart TV.

This home is perfectly located in St. Simons, just around the corner from the 5th Street beach access point. You'll be half a mile down the road from the St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, the St. Simons Pier, and all sorts of aquatic fun and miniature golf at Neptune Park. And all along Ocean Boulevard are a number of wonderful restaurants and eateries with something for every taste.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
