Welcome to Peachtree Oak Cottage! Located in the quiet neighborhood of St. Simons Heights, this home has the perfect amenity mix of location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping on St. Simons Island. This back yard and outdoor living space is something that should not be missed!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

Perfect place!
We were looking for a quiet neighborhood with space for the kids to play and this place did not disappoint! Fully stocked with tons of thoughtful touches. 5 minute drive to Messengale Park and 7 minutes to Gould’s Inlet (highly recommend). Less than 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

SSI - Some Sweet Island
We were looking for a home to visit our relatives who live on SSI. This marsh front home turned out to be a jewel. The owners still have some work to do by adding furniture pieces for two of the bedrooms (chests, tables, etc.) for longer visits. Both bathrooms were well-done. The kitchen was spacious and adequately stocked. The grill worked very well and appeared to be recently purchased. We loved the fire pit in the very nice backyard. The home s located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to the beaches, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property!
My husband, our baby and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The backyard was incredible with a gorgeous marsh view, location was perfect and close to everything, and we had absolutely everything we needed for our long 10 day stay (including beach chairs and beach towels). I’ll definitely rent this place again next time we head to St Simons!
