Villa St Thomas ist ein sehr privater Ort auf 353 Fuß Meerfront. Unser privater Vereinsstrand ist nur 300 Meter entfernt. 8 km Fahrt zum Strand von Lindquist.
Wir sind eine Meile westlich von Red Hook und allen lokalen Restaurants, eine Meile westlich der Fähre, die nach St. John und dem BVI fährt, und eine halbe Meile östlich des berühmten Lindquist Beach.
Es gibt drei Teile unseres Hauses, die alle Zugang zu unserem sehr privaten Infinity-Pool und Whirlpool haben.
Unser Mietpreis basiert auf 8 Gästen, jeder Gast über 8 ist $ 100 pro Person pro Nacht. Bei einer Anmietung von 10 Personen ist das Ferienhaus im Mietpreis enthalten.

Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen.

DAS HAUPTHAUS
3 Schlafzimmer.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Badezimmer.
Das 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad oder können als Familiensuite genutzt werden.
Große Küche, Essbereich, Platz für bis zu 12 Personen und bis zu 8 Personen am Pool und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem TV, um sich einfach zurückzulehnen.
Alle Bereiche haben direkten Zugang zum Schwimmbad.

UNTERE NIVEAU Zugang über die Außentreppe, um die Ebene am Pool zu senken.
Verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eine Sitzecke, ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und 2 Einzelbetten.
Ideal für eine kleine Familie.

Es gibt ein großes Deck direkt am Meer von den oberen und unteren Ebenen.
Vom Unterdeck aus sind es 20 Stufen bis zum Meer für großartiges Schnorcheln und Kajakfahren.

HÜTTE
Dieses befindet sich 8 Fuß östlich der Haupthausküche und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit König, Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Ideal für ein Paar, das nur etwas mehr Privatsphäre möchte. Das Ferienhaus ist bei einer Vermietung von 10 Personen inbegriffen.

Es gibt zwei Spielstifte für Kleinkinder, aber wir bauen sie nicht auf. Jede Haftung, die aus unsachgemäßer Einrichtung resultiert, liegt beim Mieter!

Amazing Home and view
This is truly an amazing house designed to maximize the beautiful ocean views. They thought of everything! The nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. We had a group of 10 and never felt cramped. Space abounds and again the view! Pool/hot tub and deck is amazing sitting on a small cliff just above the surf. We will return!!!

Absolutely Stunning Villa
Our family stayed at this villa over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The villa itself is extremely spacious (good for those moments when a large, extended family just needed a little space!) and impeccably cared for. There wasn’t a single item we ever came across that was not there and very easy to access as needed. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen! It worked beautifully to prepare an entire, traditional Thanksgiving dinner. If you are also like us, the beds and bedding matter a lot, and everyone remarked about how comfortable they were. Everything described about the villa is highly accurate. Kent and Brent were friendly, terrific to work with, and extremely responsive. Brent even just checked in once or twice during the trip to ensure everything was ok. 5 stars for customer service! We have stayed on STT several times over the years and found this home to be truly special, and that’s before even mentioning the decks with all the views. The down island view of STJ and the BVIs is spectacular! The location in a private gated community about 1 mile from Red Hook and everything there was a huge plus as well. Overall, we lived everything about the villa and would highly recommend it.

Great trip
We spent a week here and had the best time. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and there was enough space for our family of 6 to sit around the table and play cards. Best week ever
We had the best time in St Thomas and it had everything to do with our first few steps on the island. Brent was texting with us at the airport to give us instructions and directions to the house. He met us at the house and gave us a complete tour and run down on how things work. When we walked into the house you could hear the collective gasp when everyone saw how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This house is spectacular and they have thought of everything. We needed nothing the entire week. Brent was available for questions and recommendations and we can not thank him enough for recommending Chef Angelo. This was the highlight of our dining experience. We can not say enough about our week on the island. All 7 of us have memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this house justice. Highly recommend this 5 star property. I would rent again in a heart beat.

This house is absolutely stunning - Every comfort at your fingertips, and if you need anything Brent is fantastic! Brent helped us a ton planning ahead of time, all of his recommendations were fabulous!! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the views, the bedrooms and all the cozy nooks. We were there with our adult children, there were 9 of us, and everyone had more space than we needed. The pictures of the house were amazing, but the house in reality was so much more!! Amazing family vacation
The Wildern's beautiful oceanside home is situated on a point of land surrounded on 3 sides with views of nearby cays, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands. The views, and sunrises / sunsets, are absolutely spectacular! The location is close to Red Hook, with numerous restaurants and a ferry to St. John. The home is comfortable and well-designed for large families like ours, especially since we like to cook. It had one of the best-equipped kitchens we've encountered in a rental property. The concierge, Brent, was very helpful in arranging dinner reservations, and in promptly attending to a couple minor mechanical issues that arose. This is certainly a property we would return to.

Let’s start with the views…..the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen and from the infinity pool looking out on the ocean seems like a fairy tale. The property manager,Brent, is amazing and from the time we booked until we checked out, was responsive. He’s also just a really nice person and we enjoyed getting to know him. The house was great for our family of 11. Plenty of space. Everything was well stocked and there were lots of pool toys for all. Our son enjoyed the grand piano…..music, drinks and a sunset. Doesn’t get better than that. We will definitely be back.

This house checked all the boxes and for some of us that have been to hotels and other rentals on St Thomas, this was absolutly the best place we've every stayed! I rarely write reviews, but this review needs to be known. Amazing, stunning, gorgeous, exquisite, etc..... This property is everything you see and so much more. The perfect location. Safe, gated, quiet neighborhood. We already booked for next year. We were a family of 12. 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect layout. Brent (the host) was fantastic! Great recommendations and was on top of anything you needed the entire trip. I can't say one negative thing about this property, host or owner. Pictures do not do it justice. Fabulous Family retreat

This property is truly spectacular! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. You have a view of the ocean almost everywhere. The outdoor patio/pool area is large with comfortable furniture and an absolutely breathtaking view. Everything is very well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a double washer/drier. The location of this property is ideal - it is only a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Brent, the property manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. Great Family Vacation
We had a great week at Villa St. Thomas. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. Perfect for our family of ten. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is breathtaking. We had a fun time snorkeling out on the reef (on calmer days). The private beach was a great bonus and we even saw a sea turtle there. The location is wonderful. Only 5 minutes from Red Hook with a variety of restaurants and a couple of grocery options. Although the island seems very safe and we never had any issues, the gated property and community added layers of security. We can't wait to come back!

Spectacular Family Vacation
This home is amazing! 11 of us stayed in this beautiful, very clean home for Thanksgiving week. We all had plenty of space to relax. We especially loved lounging out back and taking in the gorgeous view. Both Kent the owner and Brent the property manager communicated very well and made sure we all had a pleasant stay. They answered all questions that we had. I highly recommend taking a minute to read through the handbook that is provided at check in. Lots of good information for you. Even a map showing you the walking path to a beautiful white sand beach nearby. I would also highly recommend using stockedvi.com to order groceries. They will deliver your groceries to the villa before you arrive and put them away for you. No need to rush out for groceries right when you get there. Red Hook is not far away and they do have a descent grocery/liquor store. We did not rent a car and we would have to call for a taxi each time we wanted to go somewhere. We had no issues getting a taxi with a party of 11. We hated leaving this place we call paradise, but we will be back again someday soon!! Family Week
This property was perfect for our family of eight. The house was laid out perfectly. All bedrooms were a nice size. The pool and hot tub were great! The view was amazing! The property owner and property manager were both very helpful throughout the booking process and the week of our stay! Highly recommend!

Absolute Dream House!
We had a fabulous week with family and friends at this villa! We had a group of 12 including 4 couples, 3 teenagers/and a 10 year old. The layout was perfect for our group. The Cottage provided additional privacy for family friends, and the downstairs "apartment" set up was perfect for the kids. Kent, the Property Manager, reached out to us proactively to keep us on track with planning, and responded immediately to any questions/needs. The owner reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay as well. The house was absolutely breathtaking, the pool and spa were used daily (all day) and is in a perfect location on the island, close to the ferry, Sapphire and Lindquist beaches. Red Hook is a wonderful spot for dinner with a convenient grocery store to pick up anything needed. We took advantage of pre-ordering groceries, which were waiting on us when we arrived. The outside grill area was wonderful, and the kitchen was well supplied. Double washer/dryers were an added bonus for a large group. I highly recommend renting Jeeps (Ken's suggestion) as the roads roads are steep and winding. We would absolutely return to this house, and hated for the week to end!

The most breathtaking views. Home is well equipped and extremely comfortable. Brent is attentive and helpful. One of the best homes we’ve ever rented.
