„This island welcomed us with open arms. There were less than 200 people who lived here. We met the locals and hung out with them daily. Some asked us if we lived there because we didnt act like a typical tourist i will warn you, if you can not adapt to island life with only 2 places on the island to eat and 1 small mini mart, then dont stay here. „This was our first time traveling to St. Thomas/St. John and from the moment I made this booking I was in contact with Christy, the owner. Christy lives on the island and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. She rented her jeep to us. We have a small family and it was perfect. It was amazing to have somebody on the island only a phone call or text away. She was so accommodating and made special arrangements for us for pick up and drop off with the jeep. „The home was perfect for our crew of 9 ranging in age from 3 to 75. It was as advertised. The pool was used early and often. Communications with the owner before our stay and with the property managers during our stay was excellent. St. Thomas, St. John and Triton's Overlook did not disappoint. If we go back to St. Thomas, we'll hope to stay at Triton's Overlook.“

On the down side the water pressure was extremely low, was hard to find, and the dryer was very loud. Other than that this was an amazing stay. We did not try to contact anyone but want them to know. „This property is situated in a prime location with a gorgeous view of Secret Harbor and close to the shops and restaurants in Red Hook. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious. This was a perfect place for us to stay with our group of friends. There was plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars, the house was easy to find and the hosts were accessible when we needed them. We would absolutely stay here again!“

„Das Hotel hat eigentlich alles um ein SpitzenHotel zu sein. Aber... Ich fand daß Personal an der Rezeption eher mürrisch als freundlich. Ich finde ein Hotelzimmer in dem gegessen wird also mit Küche sollte mehr als alle 4 tage gereinigt werden, der whirlpool war total überchlort und der fitnessRaum war eher eine Ansammlung von 3 laufbändern 2 Fahrrädern 2 crosstrainern und kurzhanteln bis 15 Kilo. "Wir waren 10 Tage zuvor in einem anderen, ähnlich bewerteten Hotel in Charlotte Amalie und erwarteten demzufolge eine ähnliche Erfahrung. Diese wurde überaus positiv übertroffen. Zimmer, Ausstattung, Anlage, Ambiente, Blick usw. können wir übereinstimmend nur sehr positiv bewerten. Einziger negativer Eindruck war das Restaurant, dessen Service und Qualität nicht mit den Preisen Schritt hielten. Vor allem, dass auf der Rechnung aus der Wahl von vier Optionen für den Tip schon die zweithöchste vorab ausgewählt war, hat gestört und war auch unangemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist dagegen der Besuch des Museums und des zugehörigen Shops. Das ist nicht nur von den Exponaten her wirklich interessant, auch der verantwortliche Manager für Museum und Shop ist kompetent, sehr freundlich und weiss wovon er spricht. Der Teil über das Restaurant ist hier zu lang geraten, um dem positiven Gesamteindruck zu entsprechen. Man kann schliesslich auch andernorts speisen. Die Pool-Bar dagegen ist einfach nur grossartig."
