„Wir hatten einen Superior Room mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Receptionistin brachte uns weg vom Meer in ein Nebengebäude. Das Zimmer hatte eine grosse Palme vor dem Fenster und keinerlei Aussicht. Wir protestierten sofort und wurden nach ca. 10 Minuten Abklärung ohne geringste Entschuldigung in ein schönes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude direkt an der Waterfront gebracht. Später haben wir ein Paar kennengelernt das nach uns angekommen ist und in unserem Palmenzimmer einquartiert wurde, obwohl sie ebenfalls ...

It was definitely luxury, everything brand new .. The supervisor went above and beyond to make sure we get to see bequin island, by making all necessary arrangements taxi , tour personal and etc.. I can’t thank the staff enough especially beautiful lady that cleans the room and the security guard supper helpful.. GOD BLESS ...
