Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle.“

"It was our first trip to China and we loved it. The Shangri_La Hotel is simply outsanding, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Hotel itself is amazing and has everything you could want. The landscaping outside in the Garden and around the beautful Pool are just pristine. and the food was extraordinary, we planned to go out to eat to experience Chinese Food, but there was no need as the Hotel's 6 Restaurants had everything we could have hoped for. all around a magnificent Hotel, we will be back for sure"
