„Very tidy and lovely Chalet that was equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. Harris is a great host and there when you need him, amazing response time when we had a question. and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great stay!“

„We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit “

„We wanted a weekend winter getaway and that is exactly what we got. 10 adults and 2 teens fit comfortably with great in house amenities to fill our snowy weekend. Relaxing in hot tub, playing pool, cooking and eating, playing games and watching NFL playoff games while relaxing by the fire. Only time we left was to tube at Shawnee which was 15 mins up the road. Would definitely recommend booking this house.“

„We booked this overnight for our Camp Crystal Lake tour. It was very fitting for our weekend. It was about 40 mins from the movie set where Friday the 13th took place. The house was a very nice, cozy and comfortable stay with a lake and fire pit. The living room was comfortable with a large sectional sofa and wall size tv to come back and watch the movie Friday the 13th. Would definitely stay again.“

„House was nice but no mention of tons of stairs to actually gain access to property was deceptive from property details. We should have asked owner PRIOR to making the rez, as we clear on having an elderly dog, who struggled to get up/down all the stairs. Lugging all our stuff in/out was a hardship as well. Mid way thru our stay we had a random person put a key in door and barge into the home with an attitude, saying they were an "associate" of the owner, and we were supposed to be checked out ...

„Overall our time spent at this home was great! It was the perfect place for all of our friends to meet up for labor day weekend and reconnect after some of us have moved away. The pond wasn't very swimmable - the water plants were so tall they were touching the surface/just beneath the surface from the bottom of the pond and it was quite shallow. Was fine for us to float on but again, not really swimmable. The home owner was quick to respond when the front door automatic lock wasnt working ...

„My husband and I were attending the Halloween event and rented this property. It was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend. My only issue was that you have to check out by 11 am. I personally feel it was too early. I requested if I can check out at 12pm but, it was a no. Not a big deal but after going to a party we could’ve used an extra 2 hour sleep. All in all I would rent again. “

„Generell konnten wir wenig Übereinstimmung mit den tollen Bildern und der Realität feststellen (dürfte wohl generell gelten). Insbesondere für Familien mit einem kleinen Kind ist das Hotel problematisch. Unser Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett hatte den Nachteil, dass das Badezimmer zum Bett hin keine Tür hatte, so dass man sein schlafendes Kind öfter aufwecken musste. Der Ventilator in der Toilette ist zudem viel zu laut gewesen. Wir mussten nach zwei Tagen das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Klimaanlage ...

"Since we had a very late flight to New York, it was clear from the start that we wouldn't arrive at the hotel until after midnight. I had to call twice and write three emails before I got a reasonable answer. We arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 am. A very grumpy night porter first wanted the credit card to block a security deposit of $400. This is not stated anywhere, neither on the Expedia website nor on the hotel website. It was made clear to us, no credit card - no room, what's the point??!! The man was too stupid to use his credit card reader. The security deposit was reserved twice, a total of about $800, very professional!! After 9 days, these reservations were finally deleted. The room was really bad. The bathroom door was stuck, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The window was bent and didn't close properly. The room faced the inner courtyard, where a huge air conditioning system rattled day and night. We asked for another room the next day and got one. The room was OK, but there was a big wall in front of the window. When I asked what that meant, I was clearly told that 3rd batch bookings, for example Expedia, only get the remaining rooms. The good rooms with a view of the park are only available for guests booked directly with the hotel. That's really intense!!! Our room was cleaned once in 4 days. When asked, it was said that you have to actively announce or order. With all due respect, I've never heard that before. Just as a side note, the breakfast is real"
