„We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great and the house was nicely updated. Communication with the owner was easy and you can tell they want their guests to have a great stay. The hot cocoa/coffee bar, available pack & play and high chair, and well equipped kitchen were nice touches that set this property apart from other rentals we’ve had in the past. They also had a lot of lake/beach items available for use in the garage if staying in the summer months. “

„Awesome place to gather family for the holidays. Clean and comfortable. Great game play area in basement with Foosball and ping pong. Comfy couches, big TVs to watch the games. Plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. Just a really relaxing and enjoyable place. The hot tub was incredible too! “

„Chad was a great host. Home is perfect for a golf group or a family wanting to enjoy the lake and outdoors. Home is very clean. Tons of fun amenities for adults and kids. We’ll be scheduling another trip next year! Golf courses in area are amazing. Be sure to include Pilgrims Run along with Tullymore and St. Ives. “

„First of all great host. He was quick at responding and communicated well. The stay is in a wonderful location. Covered in beautiful sceneries. Very spacious, lots of bed, amenities. Lot of games to enjoy your time at the stay. Plus the hottub. You also have access to the clubhouse nearby (for a small fee) which has pool, restaurant and gym. Overall wonderful place, and I highly recommend the place. “

„The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!“

„We LOVED our stay at Floyd's home! The only minor issue we had was we found out 30 minutes before arrival that there is a cat that lives in the house, while we are there. We did not know about the cat ahead of time, and panicked because two of the guests coming are allergic. Floyd was able to have the cat moved to a different house for the weekend and the allergies weren't terrible, but still present. Overall, it was a great time and the perfect location!
