Warum steht in der Lagebeschreibung eine ganz andere Adresse, wo doch die eigentliche Adresse 303 Stanhope Street viel besser ist. Für eine New York Tour super, 2 U-Bahn-Linien fußläufig erreichbar, Nahversorgung, usw. Leider ist die Kommunikation sehr knapp und einiges auch nur auf Nachfrage (Wifi). „Took my granddaughters and daughters to NYC the week after Christmas. We wanted lots of room to spread out rather than a hotel room. This apartment fit the bill. We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. „This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. „My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance.“
