„Great little spot tucked away in the quieter part of Hongdae, only short walk to get to the lively spots. Rooms are basic, but nice with complementary charger and fridge, if you just need a place to test during your sightseeing this is a great spot. Communal area is cozy and has plenty of offerings for a quick morning snack and breakfast before you head out. Access is by code, host greets and gets you squared away quickly. “

„We stayed for five days on the 16th floor. Very nice room and nice night view. Breakfast was included and had a decent selection. In particular the korean selection of soup was nice and the fruits. Overall everything was great, including location. Only minus point is that the hotel is next to a busy street so it can be a bit noisy. We didn’t really mind but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the street“

„The location is very good, right behind the (more or less) famous university of Hongdae, one of the best areas to live in Seoul. Only minus here, it's up quite a steep hill, might be difficult to get up there with heavy luggage. The owner was very friendly and showed us around. We were on the first floor, that has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a large living room with a computer that is free to use. It's like an apartment. During our stay, we were the only ones at our floor - I have to say, ...

„The location is great. The kitchen is very disorganized, it’s very difficult to find anything. The shared bathrooms are bad, there is nowhere to put anything and there aren’t real doors. The provided towels are tiny. The hostel has a lot of potential due to the location but sadly it’s not realized. “

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr zentral gelegen, viele Sehenswerte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen."

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Die Zimmer werden alle drei Tage komplett gereinigt werden und das Bett wird frisch bezogen. Man erhält täglich frische Handtücher und eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zwei U-Bahn- Stationen sind in guter Erreichbarkeit. Es gibt eine große Mall (Times Square) in der Nähe (15 min zu Fuß). Zu Fuß sind auch viele koreanische Restaurants erreichbar. Es gibt einen CU (Convincestore) um die Ecke und drei weitere Conviniencstores (Cu und GS25) in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Singil (in ca. 5-8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen)."

"Very new hotel, good size room. We especially liked the facilities like washer, dryer and the refreshing box. Extremely helpful personnel. Breakfast has a good selection of Asian and western style food. Good accessibility to underground and buses. We would definitely book again."

" In Rezensionen suchen Trang Küffen 5/5 vor 1 Tag auf Google **A Perfect Stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul!** I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"

Nice and quiet room

"Entered the hotel at around 14:00 hrs and was immediately guided to the reception desk and was told that checkin is only at 15:00 hrs. And I could leave my suitcase there. I noticed other guest who could get into their room already at that time. But okay. I left and came back after 15:00 hrs and could do the checkin. Room on 16th floor. Nice large room and bathroom with that wooden bathtub (which I didn’t use). Breakfast - I slightly expected more options for a hotel of this size and for the paid price. But overall it was okay. Nice hotel, I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Seoul. Thank you"
