„The appartment has a good location to start tours to SF. Easy connection by bus. Very friendly host providing and supporting with all you need. As the appartment is on the ground floor, behind the garage of the House, it is a little bit dark. Anyhow, we felt comfortable and did not miss anything. We had what we needed.“

„The studio had everything you need to be happy, a nice big bed and fridge a comfy couch and even entertainment. The next metro station is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to all the major stops in the city in the manner of 10-15 minutes. There are also ample spots to eat close to the studio (burger, french, dumplings) and also a really nice supermarket (mollie stones).“

„Property was very clean. Flooring, cabinets and bathroom were like new. Very quiet. Easy access to public transportation. Waymo and Lyft pickup outside the front door. Dining options were excellent and within walking distance. Corner markets were well stocked. Appliances were like new. Would definitely stay again.“

„This is a very spacious, typical Victorian SF house. The two main bedrooms are huge by city standards, and the large bed off the living room makes it essentially a 3 BR. It's on a nice, quiet street (despite being right off Haight) with a coffee shop on the corner that makes you feel like a real local.“

„This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.“

„I stayed in this perfect home for 7 weeks, and I didn't want to leave! Carmen's home was fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The main bedroom was super quiet, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The front bedroom served perfectly as an office and guest room for visiting friends. The kitchen is enormous and the living area is cozy and comfy. The real star of this place is the gorgeous patio/backyard. A perfect place to sip your morning coffee or curl up with a good book. ...

„I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!“

„The host never showed up and was unreachable by the check-in time. Vrbo gave me the full refund, but it wasn't available for my immediate lodging. The host is either very irresponsible or a possible scam. Huge disappointment from Expedia. I do not recommend Vrbo to my friends and colleagues.“

„Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave. Towels smelled like mold. Pros: Parking was easy. Neighborhood is nice. The little communication I had with the owner was fine. Close restaurants in walking distance. Parks right out the front door. "Es war ein tolles Hotel für unseren Familienurlaub in San Francisco. Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Hafens. Beim Frühstücken war im Restaurant irgendwie immer eine komische Atmosphäre. Das Personal war immer bemüht aber wenn man was bestellen oder den Platz wechseln wollte weil man direkt unter der Klimaanlage gesessen hat, wirkte es als wäre man eine Last. Am letzten Tag war es besser, irgendwie waren sie dann überfreundlich. Vielleicht hat das ein anderer Gast mal beim Management erwähnt."

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel…nebenan großes Parkhaus, Autovermietung Hertz (reibungslos geklappt), Pincrest Diner und Mason Café (Breakfast) nebenan. Sicherlich sind die Zimmer nicht super modern, aber für den Preis absolut akzeptable! Wer mehr möchte muss halt auch mehr zahlen!!! Kleine Pad Kaffeemaschine, Fön, Safe, Duschgel auf dem Zimmer und wurde aufgefüllt! 10 Dollar pro Tag für Kaffee, Tee, süsse Stücke und Obst ist völlig in Ordnung und es war immer ausreichend da oder wurde nachgelegt. Freies WLAN mit stabilen Netz auch in den oberen Etagen. Zur Umgebung muss man wissen, dass es in SF viele Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige gibt und man trifft sie fast überall. Das Hilton und Westin sind in direkter Nachbarschaft, also kann die Lage nicht so schlecht sein. Wer Touristenfeeling haben möchte, sollte in Fisherman’s Wharft einchecken. Cable Car fährt direkt in der Nebenstraße Powell St. Chinatown ist 12 Min fußläufig. Fazit: Wir waren 10 Nächte hier und sehr zufrieden! Ein Dank an Jay der uns herzlich empfangen hat und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend war, sowie das gesamte restliche Personal."

"Super Stadthotel für fussläufige Unternehmungen. Man kann aber auch die cable car um die Ecke oder den Bus gegenüber nutzen. Das Zimmer war im 21. Stock und hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Auto war sicher in der Parkgarage untergebracht; hat aber auch 77,00 EUR pro Nacht gekostet. "
