„The appartment has a good location to start tours to SF. Easy connection by bus. Very friendly host providing and supporting with all you need. As the appartment is on the ground floor, behind the garage of the House, it is a little bit dark. Anyhow, we felt comfortable and did not miss anything. We had what we needed.“

„The studio had everything you need to be happy, a nice big bed and fridge a comfy couch and even entertainment. The next metro station is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to all the major stops in the city in the manner of 10-15 minutes. There are also ample spots to eat close to the studio (burger, french, dumplings) and also a really nice supermarket (mollie stones).“

„Property was very clean. Flooring, cabinets and bathroom were like new. Very quiet. Easy access to public transportation. Waymo and Lyft pickup outside the front door. Dining options were excellent and within walking distance. Corner markets were well stocked. Appliances were like new. Would definitely stay again.“

„This is a very spacious, typical Victorian SF house. The two main bedrooms are huge by city standards, and the large bed off the living room makes it essentially a 3 BR. „This was so convenient. A block and a half from our daughter, 3 blocks from BART. The place was very clean and well appointed. I knew it was a basement unit, but at first was surprised when entering through the garage and almost no natural light. We were using it primarily as a place to sleep so that wasn't an issue. Didn't use the advertised outdoor space--it wasn't great. However, for a clean, quiet, convenient place to stay, I recommend this. We will return.“

„I stayed in this perfect home for 7 weeks, and I didn't want to leave! Carmen's home was fully stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The main bedroom was super quiet, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The front bedroom served perfectly as an office and guest room for visiting friends. The kitchen is enormous and the living area is cozy and comfy. The real star of this place is the gorgeous patio/backyard. A perfect place to sip your morning coffee or curl up with a good book. ...

„I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!“
