Great stay and very convenient location right off the bus stop. Only two notable things-1. The upstairs bedrooms do get VERY cold as the thermostat is downstairs 2. I think this is a new rental listing and communication between owner and property management company are still not great. This property has an excellent location and is reasonably nice. That said, he finishes are getting a little dog-eared and the unit wasn’t as clean as it should be. For example, the grout/caulk in the master shower is a bit gross, and I found a dead fly in one of the kitchen drawers. A property manager, who’s on top of the tails could take this from a good to a great rental.

The property is cute and clean. The property is a second story property. Also, I was the during the week and the neighbor played music loudly until well after midnight. The views were great of the Yampa from the living room and the master. I couldn't enjoy those views due to the music banging the walls, let alone sleep. I will not stay here again.

Great location and nice space for family
The location was great and the condo is was very nice on the inside with a lot of space. We were able to easily access the bus to the Steamboat ski resort. The garaged was also very nice and heated. Would have rated it 5 stars other than the restaurant directly below, Primrose, has music pumping day and night until 10:30 or 11 pm that can be heard on the first and second floors of the condo. We communicated this concern to the host, Vacasa, through the VRBO app and they never responded. I think it's important for the hosts to respond promptly though the system that was used to make the reservation. Every night we called the restaurant to ask them to turn it down and they did, but they would start every day off on the higher volume. The host needs to have a conversation with the restaurant on this so future guests don't have the same issue.

Utterly delightful stay! Beautifully appointed interior with spacious rooms overlooking the Yampa river and practice ski runs. Below condo are several convenient restaurants. The condo is located on the same street as the farmers market. So you have a downtown location with a beautiful nature view. We received numerous e mails about information with regards to the stay with no problems accessing the entry. Clean as a whistle and my oh my the hot water and water pressure was divine. Parked our car in the safety of the unit’s garage. We’ll be back next summer.

Super location that allows walk to restaurants plus views of Howlesen Hill and the Yampa River. The property was very clean, organized and has excellent room sizes. open flowing floor plan. Kitchen has great counter space, layout and laundry room is adjacent. Spacious bedrooms upstairs...overall, this property has a great floor plan and deck too. (Feedback - knives in the knife block are very difficult to use and almost hazardous when trying to cut veggies. Also, the music from the restaurant below does travel up to the unit, slightly annoying.) I would still book this property again.

Great location, but...
This was the second time we’ve stayed here within the last year. It’s within walking distance of everything downtown and the river trail is literally across the street. A-maxing. My major complaint this time (was not the case when we stayed her last) was the cleanliness of the property. It desperately needs a deep clean, I feel like it’s picked up, but not really cleaned in between guests. For example the ceiling vents were disgusting covered in lint, mold in the shower, dog hair on the couch, and floors were dirty too. Cleanliness these days should be taken of the upmost seriousness. I did let the property manager know who were very responsive and offered to have the cleaning crew come back. We have two small kids who still nap so that was less than ideal. We probably won’t stay here again as a result, but if this kind of thing doesn’t bother you the location would be worth it!
