Perfect space for our group of 3 couples
Our group of 6 had a great time in steamboat at this rental. Space was perfect with 3 Beds and 3.5 baths. Lots of beds had we had kids along too. The location was terrific … walk to lifts, restaurants, spa, shopping. We would definitely recommend!

The place is nice and a reasonable walk to the ski area (even shorter than it said in the writeup). But - the one annoying thing was that the title implied a private pool and spa (hot tub). Having had a private hot tub at a townhome Breck it was not an unreasonable assumption based on the title, but it was at the other end of the street in a shared area.,

Great ski townhouse
If you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while skiing at Steamboat, this is a great property. The property is as good as it looks on line. We received a very helpful information link several days prior to arrival. The check in process was smooth. Everything was as we hoped and expected so we didn’t have any reason to contact the property manager. The windows in the great room are gorgeous and provided a great view of all the Christmas lights in the neighborhood. Five minute walk to the gondola each morning for skiing. Bus stop to downtown is even closer. I would recommend this property to anyone taking a ski trip with their family or group of friends.

We absolutely adored this cozy spot and took full advantage of the warmer than usual autumn that Colorado was enjoying during our stay. We grilled on the deck, took walks on the trail that could not be any closer, and took in shopping and dining in downtown Steamboat.

Great location, happen to hit beautiful fall weather and was so nice to have Wild Plum Market and restaurants within short walk. Also, short drive to town. Check-in was easy. Use of pool/spa area was not real clear but one quick text to property manager answered our question. Property was clean although main level was a bit worn. All in all it was a great stay, met our families needs and in a good location. Would definitely return.

Not as Advertised - Management Company is a Disaster
This property is in a great location and looks great on the surface. However, the property management company doesn't take care of it at all. Here is what happened: - Showed up to property and they were re-tiling the master bathroom and weren't even close to finishing. - Put up a temporary shower rod/curtain that fell down on my mother in law when she was showering. - Flatscreen tv in living room literally fried when we were watching it. - Many of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were empty. I will never stay at a Nomadness Rentals property again. Look elsewhere. There are many other properties to rent in Steamboat.

Summer stay
We had a wonderful time staying here and the location was perfect. The little Wild Plum shop a few steps down the path was a hit for the kiddos. The place was super clean and well-equipped for everyone. We loved the rooms being downstairs as it was nice and cool for the summer. We even saw a mama and baby moose right outside our front door. Would definitely stay here again and think it could also be perfect for a winter ski stay.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night stay. There was more than enough room, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and we really enjoyed having a bbq on the patio. All of the beds were comfortable. The carpet probably needs to be replaced. There were several stains. I would probably stay at this location again if we ever go back to Steamboat.

Awesome place. Be sure to carpool.
High quality place and very clean. But it sleeps 10 and has parking for only 2 cars. Logistically very difficult. You’ll need to call nomadness customer service, which is based in CA, for them to send you a parking pass (they’ll tell you only maybe) that you’ll then have to print (hope you’ve got a printer lying around!). Also it only lists 8 bed spots in the description but there are indeed 10.

A great Family Stay
We had a very pleasant stay with our two adult daughters. The three bedroom, three bath set up gave everyone a place to retreat and the upstairs living area was a comfortable gathering space. The location was ideal for my wife and I to take a short stroll to the plaza by the gondola for morning coffee in the early mornings and the short drive to downtown was convenient for outings in the afternoon and evening times.

Fantastic location and views
Easy walk-ability to the mountain for skiing, restaurants, and even a small grocery and liquor store within 100 yards. The view out of the large windows was stunning! Large entryway to accommodate all of our gear, coats, shoes. So nice to have a full bathroom with each bedroom, as well as the half bath upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals. Will certainly consider staying here again!

Lovely, clean condo with a mountain lion mounted over the fireplace. Made for great photos. Well equipped, not well organized kitchen ware. Had to look through all the drawers and cabinets to find what we needed. But everything we needed was there. Would definitely rent again.

The Best Location!
I needed a “home base” for my family and friends while I ran the Run Rabbit Run 100 race and this was the perfect place! It was a short walk to the ski resort’s base area whether you are looking for recreation, food or drink while also being a short drive from downtown. The unit is easy to find and parking is convenient. It was fully equipped for our stay and comfortably hosted our group of 9 adults. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location of the property was fantastic. Perfect for our family to visit. Previous guests had overloaded the dumpster. Management was prompt in responding to our request to have it emptied so we could use it. We were not able to use the pool or hot tub. Not sure if it was closed for the season or what. Overall great stay though.
