„Nice little cottage in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything you need to cook dinner or cookout. The hot tub was amazing and we found the pond very relaxing. Great location close to Lake Cumberland 9 minutes from Conley Bottom Marina. “

„Booked this property to have one last summer retreat with the family. The location is very private. There is one neighbor close by, but the position of the home was such that we were not too close. The home has just about everything you need. The kitchen is well supplied. The screened porch was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. You can purchase bundles of wood at Davis grocery nearby. A boat ramp is just over the hill. The only con would be if you were traveling with ...

„This place is absolutely wonderful! Very secluded at the end of a dead end road. Very private and peaceful. Cathy was quick to respond, and the place was well stocked with everything needed. This might be the best place we've stayed at in years. Definitely recommend this property!“

„Everyone loved the house! We gathered on the deck for meals, enjoyed the hot tub and pool, sat around the fire pit and made s’mores! We rented a boat one day and jet skis another day (at Conley bottom marina- also great!) and basically had a blast! Thank you so so much! It was a perfect weekend escape! “

„Never been to KY came for a family reunion & needed a home base. We had 2 teens & a 6 year old plus 4 adults & the space was perfect. Everyone loved the the game room & ping pong. Screened porch was fab didn’t use the fire pits since we were gone most of the time. Kitchen had all we needed. Only thing I would highly suggest is make a path down to the lake for access. Wonderful views but no way to get to the water! “

„We are all nurses and wanted a little girls time! We had a thunder storm that night and the power went out! It didn’t deter us! We cooked our lasagna on the grill! The owner responded when contacted and was great to work with! Everyone couldn’t believe how nice the house was! It was clean and had a great rec room! “

„Small hotel, very clean, updated. No in room coffee, but has a kuerig in lobby. Staff very helpful. Its quiet, you dont hear much road noise. Pool wasnt working when I was there. Room is comfy. Bed is comfy. Both fridge and AC worked and were fairly quiet. Had a problem with tv. Couldnt call front desk from room, had to walk down there. That was kind of a pia. Overall, thumbs up.“
