„was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move“

„What an amazing vacation! The place was immaculately clean. The attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook with (pots/pans/dishes, etc.) as well as a shelf full of spices and basic condiments in the fridge. Loved the array of additions for your bath. I think my favorite part was sitting on the swing on the back screened porch to start my day with coffee and end my day relaxing. „We booked this for a birthday celebration and it was perfect for what we needed. It is small but we had the essential and it was very nice and clean. It doesn't have wifi so no tv but we got by without it. The only thing I would suggest is looking into a keypad lock so you don't have to keep up with a key. “

„We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this adorable river house. It was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch or deck and watching the boats on the river. Karen, the host, checked on us and replied quickly when we had a question. I have referred friends and family and we hope to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this place.“
