„This place is the BEST. I've been back numerous times. Right on the water's edge with a beautiful patio to watch the sunset and calm seas with hardly any waves; prefect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is awesome and so attentive; the place is spotless every time I've come. Everyone I've met while staying there is so nice and has also come back multiple times to the same spot. Its not fancy and there are no frills but that's the beauty of it! “

„The condo was just the right size for us and being on the 7th floor provided us with great views of the water. We could hear the waves all night long, which we find very relaxing. It can easily accommodate 4 people, 6 might be a little tight but doable.The building is clean and the elevator powered by a generator if the power should go out.The owner was very responsive to our questions.Definitely would rent here again. We love the Rincon area and return here frequently.“

„This was our second time staying at one of Ernie's properties. We cant say enough great things about our stay. This is a delightful little house/cottage. Full kitchen & bathroom. Quaint living room and large king bedroom. Fully stocked & with many furnishings, extra towels, bedding & toiletries. There is a really cool little hot tub for a late afternoon soak.
