„Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices. Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha . WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . You get a 3-star service for a 5-star price. The only beer available cost an unbelievable USD 8.30 for 33cl. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am and you have to queue for a long time because all the guests want breakfast early. I strongly recommend the owner to go to a hotel management school!"
