The ceiling in the room is very low, the bed is made of metal and looks like a prison. We didn't need the air conditioning because the ventilation panel was very dusty and dirty. „The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. We woke up a lot of times in the night by noises coming from corridor and the other rooms. Second: room design is not functional. „If you book a mountain view room with balcony, avoid the bottom floor. These rooms have a shared patio and you can’t really see the mountains from your room. The downstairs room was also very noisy from footsteps and banging in the kitchen above. Some of the staff also hung about at night chatting loudly in the hallway. The room itself was perfectly clean and comfortable although a twin room with only one bedside table was disappointing.“

You get a 3-star service for a 5-star price. The only beer available cost an unbelievable USD 8.30 for 33cl. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am and you have to queue for a long time because all the guests want breakfast early. I strongly recommend the owner to go to a hotel management school!"
