„The house is situated right on the coast line, with amazing views. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and the property manager was very nice. The house itself is comfortable and cozy. I found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen is updated and has everything you would need to prepare meals. Outside there is a grill and a fire pit. The fire pit provided a great view of the water. The only suggestion I would have is that the bunk house could use some proper ventilation. ...

„It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. „Everything couldn't have been more perfect! The host was outstanding-- she even started a fire in the wood stove for us so that the cabin would be toasty when we arrived after a day of hiking in Acadia. The place itself is exactly as described and if anything even nicer. I wish I could live there! The lake was gorgeous, the beds comfortable and the stars were amazing. Can't wait to go back! “

„This house is all about the location! It sets on a beautiful property and is a mile from access to Acadia Park loop road, not to mention close to town. More than enough space for 5 adults to lounge around. The weather was starting to turn to fall so using the fire pit and having the fireplace was so nice. Had a question, and the property manager was so quick to answer. Highly recommend.“

„This was our second time staying in The Pines, and we will undoubtedly be back. The cabin is rustic, but well-appointed. We did a mix of eating out and cooking at "home," and had all of the equipment we needed.
