„Very nice property. It was a bit longer walk to the Falls than we expected, but definitely doable. We felt comfortable walking down for the fireworks the one evening. The house & accommodations were very comfortable and as described. Quiet neighborhood with an unexpected surprise of a playground just down the road! Perfect for the 3 kids!!“

„June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. „The house is old but appears to be well maintained. The location is ideal - it is about 5 minutes drive from everything you would want to see (historic district, niagara falls, casinos, shopping). Two minor issues - they didn't have any wash clothes. The one time we tried to bake something the fire alarm went off, even though there was no smoke anywhere. Suggest you don't try to cook.“

„Wenn man die Terrasse benutzt, sind die Nachbarn sehr nah. Also nicht zu früh oder spät auf der Terrasse oder leise. „My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. Would absolutely recommend this property over any boring hotel stay any day of the week. “

The 5 bedrooms worked well for our families and we were able to hang out together in the kitchen/dining and living room spaces. However the windows were quite thin, you can hear the falls at all times and the thunderstorm during our stay was extremly loud.
