„We wanted a place we could invite some family over for meals we cooked. This cottage was perfect. Very nice layout of one bedroom home. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice homes. I loved having a full kitchen, gas stove, nice big fridge. It worked out very well for us. Host was so nice. We would stay here again, if in Sacramento. “

„We had a wonderful time in the Greenstone Cottage. It is well-appointed, clean, and conveniently located near the main street of Sutter Creek. Its neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and the cottage is spacious with ample natural light. We had an awesome time exploring the town and found some antique treasures for home as well. „The location is great. A short distance from the center of town and easy access to highway. We enjoyed the unit and the outdoor area. A few items to note but none that changed our positive opinion of the property. Hot water in sinks is slow but you can get it after some time and not running the shower or other sink. Thermostat is controlled by the owner. She very responsive if you want it changed but it may mean you have to reach out to her. The only seating area inside is at the kitchen bar. “

„We had a wonderful 4th of July. Out away from fireworks. We loved our stay. It is everything they say it is! We will be back! We did try fishing from the bank we didn’t catch anything but snagged a lot but had a blast still. It was so nice being out and away from everyone. We only left twice our whole stay because I I forgot a few things other than that they have everything you need. Thank you for all the goodie’s! And Craig was helpful! Can’t wait for our next stay!“

„Very roomy, clean, quiet and cozy. If it wasn’t for the squeaky door hinges and faucet missing an aerator I would have given a Five Star Rating. However I’d definitely go back but next time I’ll bring some baby back ribs so I can use the Bbq and enjoy the beautiful patio.“

„Everything went well. It is a good location Near UC Davis Hospital In a quiet neighborhood. The directions sent to us were inaccurate and took us to a home that the occupant said we were at the wrong place. The directions need to be rewritten. When I texted the host for help in finding the property they did not reply. We had a good stay in Sacramento Area.“

„Kim went out of her way to make us feel welcome, She typed a special message for us wishing us a happy anniversary. „Good location, clean, simple to checkin and check out. Neighborhood a bit noisy with trucks idling in the AM and train whistles throughout the evening. Would have liked an outdoor space although since it rained the whole weekend, didn’t matter in the end. For wine country, would have expected appropriate stemware. Overall a nice place.“
