So it was easy booking on Expedia, and the reasons I booked was because it states early check in 11am… I luckily checked a week before and it said 3pm check in. I called directly to the hotel to make sure, I was advise check in was indeed at 3pm and that Expedia had not updated that detail on their end yet, I was a bit disappointed just because I thought I had paid the hotel for a whole day.
Upon check in before i even say anything the receptionist advise “your room might not be ready yet” I said okay. I gave my name and yes my room wasn’t ready. I stood by the front desk the whole time and 3 people after came in check in and all their rooms were ready. (They were not told like me that their room might not be ready), I waited about 45min to almost an hour for my room. That was just very disappointing just because I had an event that started at 4pm and by checking in at 3pm I thought I would’ve had time and because I just paid x amount of money for the room. And on top we do get charged $150 deposit fee(which has not been yet credited back to my account) they did advise 3-5 business days.
Once we got our room, it was cleaned, Lourdes was the one that cleaned our room and did a good job. So thank you for that.
