The Net Loft of Stonington “F”

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Unit “E” is one of 4 units that were designed with luxury in mind. The fully applianced kitchen with high end appliances is an open concept to the living room. The furniture is beautiful and the king size beds with memory foam cool mattresses. The baths have heated floors right into the showers. Beautiful wide hardwood. These units have been designed with safety in mind. State of the art sprinklers, CO and security systems for your peace of mind.
The space
This unit is 1 of 4 that I own. The location is close to downtown Mystic but far enough away from the congestion. Private parking, keypad entrance, elevator upstairs to the 4 luxury apartments. You won’t find anything close to this for luxury and hospitality in Stonington/Mystic. Just read the reviews of the Net Loft of Stonington “C”. That unit opened 6/21/21 and has received super host status with 19-5 star ratings

Our guests can access all the common areas inside and outside the building and the fenced off area with the gazebo, grill and picnic tables
Other things to note
These apartments are above my floor covering company Mystic Coastal Flooring. We are open Tuesday-Fri 8-5 Sat 8-12 and we are closed Sunday and Monday. The premises have security cameras outside only and the building has state of the art fire,CO detection systems in place. Each unit along with the common areas are also sprinkler protected for your safety. Your families safety and well being is our number one priority.

We had a great stay at the Net Loft for an October girls weekend in Mystic. The property was lovely -- we felt very safe and the instructions to access the building were easy to follow. The Loft itself is wonderful -- beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable beds, and gorgeous bathrooms with heated floors. We particularly loved the open kitchen, dining, and living room area with a fireplace -- it made for such a cozy stay. Thank you!

Stayed in Unit F for two nights, very comfortable! New & very clean. Our communications were quick and easy, so all around a great stay. The only drawback for me is that the unit is not very soundproof, so we heard people below us and outside pretty easily.

I stayed here for a long weekend with my son and parents. The property was clean, welcoming, and perfect for kids and adults alike. It was very close to downtown and very reasonable for the quality of the property. I will definitely return when I’m in Mystic again!

Coastal getaway
The place was clean, spacious, and modern with comfortable beds. I haven’t had sleep like that in years. It was short drive to all the locations we wanted to go. I thank the hosts for everything and having such a nice stress free place. BTW if you guys haven’t gone yet the Dog Watch restaurant located across the street is some of the best bbq I ever had.

Excellent property! Sandy made our check in and out super easy. Unit fit our family of 6 adults comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking, washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mystic!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
One of 4 modern, well equipped 2 bedroom condos on the 2nd floor over a flooring business. Not the most scenic location, but conveniently located between Mystic and Stonington, next door to a supermarket and across the road from a BBQ Restaurant; with ample parking near the entrance. The unit is just as described and as shown in the photos, except for some skewed perspectives due to the super wide-lens used for some photos. The unit was very clean and most of its contents looked brand new. Each unit has its own HVAC unit; the beds are comfortable; there is ample closet and dresser space. The host-manager was very responsive, helpful and friendly. To use any of the 3 large TVs, be sure to bring information to sign on to your streaming services as there is no cable or satellite TV, just "Samsung TV." The base cost for the unit is very fair and a good value, but the added fees make the per night cost high when spread-out over just 3 nights. The owner has done everything and included everything within his control that you would want, except for cable TV.
