„I’ll start with what we enjoyed about this property. From beginning to end, communication with the host was very simple and genuine. The host seem to genuinely care about their renters. The hot tub was a slice of heaven, especially with the snow that welcomed us. I sincerely appreciated how warm it was, and the hot tub itself was very clean. The laundry smelled fresh, and the location is very quiet. This would be a perfect spot for a hunting retreat, but perhaps not quite the rustic “cabin” ...

„My husband and I needed a much deserved weekend getaway and chose this quaint log cabin. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever rented, and having a king sized comfortable bed was important. It reminded us both of happy childhood memories spent in cabins in the woods of where we had grown up. We plan to visit this adorable cabin again. The owner, Anne, was a delight to work with, too. Story is a story book town at the foot of the Big Horns. Thank you!“

„The cabin itself was super cute and cozy. The only issues we had were that there was used coffee in the filter still and the floors were somewhat dirty. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for if it’s left dirty. The location was beautiful with deer and Turkey and the weather was great for this time of year “

„Really, I would give this property a 4.5 out of 5 stars. It was comfortable and cozy. Other than a few minor housekeeping issues (a drawer that could have been wiped out, etc.) the property was clean and well maintained. It is a quirky house (the bathroom is right of the kitchen) and rather plainly decorated, but enough furniture to be comfortable. We visited friends over Thanksgiving so although it was cold outside, the house remained comfortably cozy. Overall, it was everything we needed ...

„Our 10 nights at the Deer Shed was a home away from home. Liz and Scott are the kindest hosts. The cabin was so clean, nicely designed, and filled with everything you will need: to cook, shower, do laundry, sleep, etc.... The view was so amazing! We spent a lot of time in the evening on the porch watching the sunset and the stars appear. We brought our spotting scope and it was a treat to see the antelope, turkeys, and herds of horses off in the distance. Sometimes their sweet dogs and cats ...
