„Very hazardous unit. I cut my foot on holes in the tile of the bedroom. There are sharp holes in the tile throughout the unit. After reaching out to the host about this injury, her response was “you can cancel your booking”. She was very unconcerned and careless. Downstairs bedroom stays hot, no central A/C or A/C unit for this room. Unit was not clean. Towels that were left out for us to use were stained and smelled rotten.
