Booking:
We booked this location through Expedia after comparing and contrasting the nearby competitors. Since the locations were similar, we went with the "slightly cheaper" option, (Small difference).
Check-In:
Upon arrival, we were prompted from the front desk representative that a $75 deposit "for incidentials" was required, which can be refunded at check-out.
This $75 deposit was not listed anywhere on either Expedia, nor in the details on the hotel website. It has been approximately two days since check-out and they refund has not yet been processed.
Room Cleanliness:
I understand that no hotel room is perfect, and it is after all, the economy option for Hilton. Soaps were almost empty in the bathroom, and there was a dried splatter behind the door.
Most notably, when checking the bed sheets (for cleanliness, bugs, etc.) there were small, black colored hairs "all over" the comforter. They appeared to be pubic hairs, and this review would not allow me to upload photos.
I brought this to the attention of the front desk when we went downstairs, and showed her the photographs we took of the comforter. She essentially denied the hairs could have been "from anywhere" and ultimately sent up clean sheets.
Needless to say, we used the sheets and our own blankets rather than the comforter.
Continental Breakfast:
The breakfast was standard, and the waffles were a nice change of pace. Average, no frills.
Staff had signs up requesting tips, which was tacky.
