Enjoy a relaxing getaway at Cave Point Cottage, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! Located in the town of Jacksonport, this home is situated on a nice wooded lot that offers nice privacy from the neighbors. It is a 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with an open concept kitchen-living room area with a wood-burning stove… perfect for family gatherings. A washer and dryer is also included. There are two TVs with Roku and strong Wi-Fi for you to log in to watch your streaming services (no cable or satellite TV service). If your getaway includes working remotely, the Wi-Fi is strong enough to accommodate Zoom meetings.

Relax while sipping your morning coffee in the privacy of the yard, go explore all of Door County's treasures during the day, and return home to your own private retreat with a fire in the firepit at night.

We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately.

Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.unions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
