The home was nicely appointed, well organized and clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable and easy on the back. Nonetheless, what should have been a pleasant stay was ruined by the stringent rules that were posted around the home. Some of the rules didn’t make sense such as the checkout laundry instructions wherein you are expected to complete a full load of laundry, load it in the dryer and put a new load in the washer before 10 a.m., all while you are packing, loading and trying to comply with the other checkout instructions.
In addition to the stringent rules, there were structural issues. The home is not handicapped friendly and the stairs, which are required to reach the kitchen, living room and bedroom are treacherous, uncarpeted and slick. The entry door downstairs is to the bedroom rather than to the family room area; not an ideal set up.
