„The toilet ran the entire time. Kitchen flooring is coming apart and the dishwasher almost fell out. Neighborhood is quiet, unless you like dogs on both sides of you barking. If you stay here during school hours, don’t try to sleep, the bells and horns and announcements throughout the day will keep you awake. The shower is so slippery. „Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!“

„We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns.
