„The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view is beautiful. I didn’t like that there were so many opened condiments in the refrigerator.“

„We had a family Christmas gathering in this beautiful house. We all live in different parts of the country and this location was central. We used the house as a base, but only two families stayed here. Everything from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen and the little amenities was perfect. The view of the lake was an extra bonus and the game room was a great addition for the kids and kids at heart in the group. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future.“

I appreciated how dog friendly the home was too, my dogs made good use of the toys and bowls they supplied as well as the “dog towels” the owner left us which was very thoughtful! „This is an extremely accommodating home with bathrooms in all the bedrooms and never ending space. There are actually 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is enough space for 22 people to sleep in beds. Not just the 12. Recommendation to future renters is to reach out to Ashley to make sure you can bring your large group! The best part are the knockout views of Smith Mountain in this perfect protected cove. Most places on the lake with this view are in choppy water from the boat traffic. You have a ...

„The house has all of the amenities you need to stay in touch if you want but also the beautiful outdoors to distract you and allow you to escape from reality and just enjoy the lake. Floats, kayaks, towels, grill, fire pit, wifi, it was all amazing! We had a few hiccups when we got there but Emily and Tucker jumped right on it and we were fixed in no time!“

„Everything was great except the trash disposal. Finding a dumpster, Bedford County dump, was interesting with multiple trash bags in our car. I guess the summer includes trash service. Everything else was very good.“
